Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Dr. Janice Park-Kim completed a one-year general practice residency at Rancho Los Amigos National Medical Center followed by a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry specialty at USC.
A board certified specialist in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Park-Kim is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a faculty member with the USC Department of Pediatric Dentistry and the Rancho Los Amigos National Medical Center, Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and volunteering with Headstart for Children.
Dr. James Kim is excited to be practicing dentistry with his wife, Dr. Janice Park-Kim, in Irvine. He graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with bachelors degree in Cybernetics. He then went on to earn his DDS degree and specialty certificate in prosthodontics from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where he graduated Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He was in top 3% of his class in academic and clinical performance at USC. In practice for over 15 years, Dr. Kim often lectures to dental study clubs and dental organizations and taught as an Associate Professor in Clinical Dentistry in the Department of Advanced Prosthodontics at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC for 7 years. His passion for dentistry is reflected in the meticulous restorative treatment he provides to his patients.
Dr. Kim is a board certified prosthodontist. He specializes in helping patients with complex and extensive dental problems. Dr. Kim values his conservative approach to treatment planning and meticulous clinical work to achieve optimum oral health and comfort for his patients. He understands that careful listening to the patients concerns is critical in developing a comprehensive treatment plan that encompasses all the patients needs.
In order to provide his patients with the most modern advancements in dentistry, Dr. Kim is committed to a lifelong learning and pursues a great deal of continuing education in all fields of preventive, restorative and implant dentistry . He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society and the American College of Prosthodontists. In his spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys exploring fun activities with his family and participating in sports with his two boys, Jake and Jeff.
Dr. Clara Kim graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Cell Biology specializing in Neurobiology.Dr. Clarathen attendedHarvard School of Dental Medicinewhere she received D.M.D. and was the recipient of outstanding student award in Periodontology.
Dr.Clara went on tospecialize in periodontics and dental implant surgery at University of Southern California and received specialty certificate and MS (Master of Science) degree. After graduating, she was asked to teach at USC and involved inpreclinical and clinical teaching asan Assistant Professor of Periodontology. She currently teaches in the field of Periodontology at Western University of Health Sciences.
Dr.Clara is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Society of Periodontists, the California Dental Association, and the Los Angeles Dental Society.

The best Dental Experience I have had. I waited way too long to get my teeth cleaned and I thought it was going to be horrible and painful, but it wasn't. They did such a good job with my x rays and deep cleaning. My whole family has been going there for a while so today was my turn. Now I know why my daughter love them so much!

Very friendly, patient staff and a pleasant experience overall. Came in for a permanent retainer removal as well as an exam and cleaning. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a few years and am always nervous about it. Everyone made me feel comfortable and their covid guidelines went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this dental office!

Dr. Park is great with the kids. We've been going here for 5 years now. My boys really loves seeing Dr. Park. It's funny when I tell my boys it's time to go to the dentist they get excited but when I tell them lets get a hair cut they don't want to go. I highly recommend this Dental office the staff are very friendly as well.
