I was just in for an exam and cleaning. I met with doctor Kendal and my hygenist Taylor. Taylor was so kind the whole time and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Kendal was sharp in his decision making and found the cause of my pain. This is by far the best dental experience I have EVER had. Thankyou Taylor and doctor Kendal.

Pregnant women/new moms beware. I have had two negative experiences at this clinic as a pregnant woman/new mom. First, I was nearly refused service because I declined to have dental x-rays taken while pregnant, then I WAS refused service because I brought my 2-week old son to my appointment with me, as he was too little to be left without me (he is breastfeeding). There was no accommodation or understanding for my position, and I found it quite contradictory that they would try to force me to have x-rays taken while pregnant, despite my objections, yet refuse to serve me once the child was born, because they would have to "set his seat outside the exam room" for his protection. Will be seeking care from a clinic that shows a desire to actually care for the dental health of pregnant women/new moms.

This is a wonderful dentist office!! From the appointment coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentist; they're gentle on your teeth, friendly, and do a very thorough job! I drive about 45 mins to get to Northland Smile in Little Falls and I would drive twice that to be seen at this dentist! Keep up the great work!

This office is awesome. The front desk, assistants and dentists. I'm so glad I found this dentist. They are straight forward and very caring. I have high anxiety with the dentist and needles. They are very patient and reassuring. Thank you all!

Jenny the hygienist is the best one I have ever had. Her work ethic is unmatched and she is very caring. I got the best teeth cleaning ever and she also put in some temp fillings that lasted long time. It's great to have someone that goes above and beyond its a quality that's hard to find these days. So thank you for being a breath of fresh air. The rest of the staff has been great too I am disabled and in a wheel chair and they are so helpful and kind. I have been blessed to find a great dentist office and highly recommend to others.

I was going to be waiting 3-4 months to get into an oral surgeon somewhere else to get my broken tooth fixed or pulled. I was referred by another dentist in town that Northland held a couple emergency appointments and I was able to get in right away. They explained what could be done and what was and wasn't covered by insurance. They were able to extract my broken tooth that day. The dentist wanted me to let him know if anything hurt out of the ordinary pressure. The extraction was super quick and I even had instructions for after care. This was one of the most pleasant dentist visits I've had considering the situation.

Just moved to the area and needed a broken tooth dealt with. Took them a week to get in which wasn't terrible, very friendly staff to start with. Found out I needed a crown and they said the soonest they could get me in was 2 months. Well what can I do so I dealt with a broken tooth through the holidays and waited for my appointment. 2 days before my appointment I got a call saying they would need to reschedule me, it would be another month or 2! Seriously?! 4 dam months to get a front tooth fixed? Prices are high, scheduling is non existent, the only up side to this place is they put a smile on as they are emptying your wallet.

Not kid friendly. Short tempered staff with zero patience will make your child feel smaller than an ant. They give no warning of any kind before kicking you and your child out because they were reclusive to sit in the chair. Horrible costumer service on top of a bill for little to no results. Also lied in their referral and claimed my son had "multiple cavities that risked infection, with recommended hospitalization" (his new dentist at koala dental confirmed through x-rays that this was 100% false) #controlyourhygienist #saveourkids

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.Very disappointed with how they handled my 4 year old. Everyone at this location is super nice except for the one middle age blondish hygienist. We've had an issue with her everytime we've gone she's not very nice to children. Not even 5 minutes into an appointment, didn't even try to talk with him or reassure him and she kicked him out. Also treated him like it's totally his fault. There's no way to get the referral without trying a regular dentist, we tried and got treated like trash about it no warning. This was his 3rd time there. He has a sensory processing disorder he gets nervous.Theyve never said him being hesitant was an issue. This place is 45 minutes from my house and they completely wasted our time.Not to mention gave me a paper referral which no where accepts. Do not have people who hate kids working with them. Koala dental even said they did not understand what was happening in with their places horrible referral order full of lies but it's unacceptable his teeth were completely healthy. I hope this hygienist gets fired.

Very patient and took time to explain things carefully. They are booked out a ways, but so is everyone. I avoided dental care for a long time due to anxiety, and I absolutely recommend this clinic.

They were booked out so had to wait months to get in, then when I did go there to get dental work finished, he asked me what tooth is bothering me, I told him and he didn't even look at any of my other teeth. So I pointed out another tooth that I thought was missing part of the filling, then he noticed it and said it was missing part of the filling and filled it. It felt like they were rushing to try and get you out the door, didn't feel like they had the time to talk about concerns or to make sure all problems are addressed and your taken care of. Now I have to wait for 5 months until they can do a cleaning, which I was under the impression was getting done during this visit
