GREAT STAFF! Brought my 1 year old in for her first dentist visit. The front desk lady Chelsea was nice and we shared a laugh. Assistant Courtney was friendly and soo good with my daughter she was able to clean her teeth. Dr. Kendall was warm and professional. Overall quick (which was awesome for the 1 year old) and we left smiling.

I had set up an appointment with them months in advance and when I got their they said it was canceled. I confirmed it through text that I would be there.

They canceled my appointment without informing me and i had confirmed it on my email. It is a 55 minute drive for me. Go somewhere else if you have the chance, they have no respect for your time.

I had huge dentist anxiety and was so grateful to have found a good, kind, gantle dentist at Northland smiles when i had to have extractions. They made the experience exeptional until i was a crime victim because of domestic abuse and my vehicles were vandalized and stolen which caused me to miss some appointments right in the middle of being cast for a top denture, which id explain to them when calling to reschedule. Theres only a few dentists in Mn that accept M.A. and ive gone thru such denture hell because of it and now cant get insurance to pay for one because of it.. So it started out a great experience only to get hugely disappointed in the end. Low income people sometimes have transportation issues. I feel that, by being one of the few dentists in the state to accept low income patients, they should give a bit more grace for people with transportation issues especially when in the middle of a certain procedure that will prevent them from getting it completed anywhere else.. I intend to move forward with grievance procedures. I also called and signed releases to have medical records forwarded and they didnt do it. Very discouraged again about the dental experience after this. They appeared to be very professional and caring until they werent and its really messed up my mouth..

Having a autistic child not being able to go back in there because of COVID restrictions completely FN dumb. No one else has COVID restrictions on now nor require masks. Will never step foot in this building again I'll drive across the state next time. Beyond inconsiderate and idiotic

I just had a very infected tooth pulled there. They told me they took care of the infection. My mouth is still fully numb. And I'm in so much pain. I called yo see if they could help. And they told me to take 2 Tylenol and 2 ibuprofen.

I got in on time, as per appointment. Got prepped (x-rays). Dentist came in, checked me out. Fortunately my problem didn't require any repairs others than a quick tune up. I was out in 10 minutes, no charge. Easy, fast and no pain to me or my billfold.

Appointments are hard to get because they're so far out. But once you get to that day, they greet you friendly and polite. They answer all questions. When they called md back I was shown into my room, the assistant was very polite, asking. Questions, giving me detailed information, very knowledgeable of what's going on. The dentist was amazing. Giving me options and honest about them. Very surprising. When time came to pull the tooth she had it out in about 45 seconds. Im definitely sticking with this place.
