Periodontist Jason Naud had the worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Maybe he was just having a rough day, but I'm livid that I had to pay $170 just to be literally insulted and talked down to. I was given a rushed explanation of the problem and it's solution, and was left confused as to what my treatment plan would be, with little room for questions or discussion. All of the nurses were great, but I would still recommend going elsewhere.

Would not recommend. Staff did not return phone calls. My dentist had to call them eventually. Entire office was very unprofessional. Wanted to pull a number of my teeth. I consulted with another periodontist who disagree with everything Dr Naud recommended. Would recommend Dr Sanchez at PerioWest in Eden Prairie, MN. Did not pull any teeth!!

I originally started my treatment with Dr. Altire, who was amazing, had an amazing staff and worked with my insurance company. I knew he was retiring and he (Altire) had given Dr. Naud a good name and Naud soon took over his practice. I had my teeth cleaned at Altire's but Naud said it wasn't working and and I need gum surgery to clean under the gums (it's as horrible as it sounds) not only was he rude to his staff, but he was rude to me. No bedside manners at all. He gave me a pill to relax me, which worked slightly but then he basically stabbed the novocain needle so hard into my gums that I immediately started bawling as it hurt so fricken bad! (I have horrible teeth, I'm a pro at taking novocaine.) All the time laughing and chatting with his staff, almost like I wasn't even there. After all was said and done, his staff guaranteed me several times that they were working my insurance and thay we would be reimbursed for everything by their office once it was submitted to insurance. Nope!! Didn't happen and we paid thousands out of pocket. I complained to my own dentist who is also retired now and he even called and chewed him out. I will never return to him.

Dr. Naud and the staff were very supportive and provided explanations and good work. I needed additional help in dealing with insurance and they provided all necessary paperwork and information.

Professional, friendly, patient centered. I felt I was in good hands and my tooth extraction and bone graft went very well. I have complete confidence in Dr. Naud and his staff

Very poorly run buisness. Patients do not recieve timely call backs expect about a week, I have not been to a more poorly run dental office than to this one, appointments scheduled for a day they are closed, rescheduling appointments due to office issues not of the patients, insurance claims not being sent in properly along with mismanaged treatment plan quotes the patients end up-paying more than quoted originally. This is a daily occurrence at this office.

Dr. Naud and staff are very helpful and care about the comfort level of their patients. Professional chair side manner very calming. Great follow up after surgery even on holidays. You don't see that very often any more in the medical profession these days.

They did not have insurance information even after I asked to make sure they had it after they took over the practice of Dr. Shultz. Was then not notified when my appointment was cancelled for my third visit. Missed an hour of work to drive there and catch the cleaning lady/receptionist to ask why I was not notified. She called Duluth office where they were unable to login in their computer and was told they would call me later in the day. I gave my cell and house phone. No call until 2 weeks later. I rescheduled a cleaning for 9/11/18. The Friday and Monday before the Tuesday appointment, I received messages from Duluth office that would not say as to why the are calling me. I attempted to return the phone call. After 10 calls made over a 3 hour time period I only got a busy signal. I then emailed the office in the morning and gave them my cell number to please call me back. No response. I did not leave work to drive there in fear that once again there would be no one there. I am done giving chances and being understanding. Terrible. As for Dr. Naud, he seemed nice enough in my two visits that I was able to get into the building.

PRICE GOUGER!!! 4 TIMES HIGHER THAN WHAT IS CONSIDERED REASONABLE (MAX) BY OUR DELTA DENTAL PREMIER COVERAGE. Claims he couldn't scale and plane the only tooth ( yes, just one tooth) that measured a pocket of 9. Gave me 2 treatment options. 1) gingival flap or 2) extract and implant. Here's where it gets shady. He then tells me that more than likely that there is a very fine crack in the root and if he found it while doing #1 that he would then have to pull it because he wouldn't be able to save it. SO..... my thoughts are why would you even give option #1. Who would want to have their gum cut open when it can just be pulled. Not a trust worthy doctor in my eyes. It's a shame that he's the only one servicing all of northern MN
