Would highly recommend. Everyone of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Alongi is very caring and takes the time to talk to you to discuss any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Northlake Endodontics.

What a wonderful place with exceptionally kind and nice people! Dr. Vedros is fantastic and phenomenal and her team is absolutely amazing! I usually get laughing gas to help with anxiety during dental procedures. I needed two visits in total, and my first visit was so great that I opted to not have laughing gas for the second visit - and it was awesome!!! Dr. Vedros took time to make sure I was comfortable and calm. She went above and beyond for me during my procedures. She is marvelous! Her assistants are too. Dr. Vedros is an outstanding team leader. Her team - from the ladies at the front desk to everyone I met during my visits - is fabulous! I highly recommended Dr. Vedros and Northlake Endodontics. Thank you, Dr. Vedros and your team! You are all incredible people.

I don't know how anyone can complain about the staff. The one negative comment must be from someone having a bad day. The staff and doctor were all very accommodating, friendly, punctual, and professional. I give it 5 stars!!!

I was very anxious about my root canal. Dr Vedros and her staff helped calm me. I couldn't believe it, but Dr Vedros made a root canal a pleasant experience. No Pain! I highly recommend Northlake Endodontics. Competent and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Dr.A is great. Good people. Ben there in the past But his front office staff. Are real bad. I hope Dr A gets to read this.I needed root canal. Office lady told me had to wait 2 weeks. Root canal. Called back next day to cancel appointment . Then office lady tells me. We can see you tomorrow. Or next day.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I can!! Ashley the receptionist was very polite and communicative through the phone with setting up my consultation appointment and giving me accurate estimates of my out of pocket costs. Dr. Alongi was able to do my root canal on the same day as my consultation and the whole procedure (including the consultation) took no more than an hour. Dr. Alongi and Catherine were highly proficient and professional and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. The pain was at most 1/10 after the Novocaine local anesthetic injection. Will definitely come back (hopefully not tho ahaaa)

Dr. Vedros and her staff are amazing! I needed an emergency root canal and am so happy they were able to fit me in. All the reviews I read of other Endodontists left me terrified of possible complications, but Dr. Vedros was fantastic! I was able to go into work directly after the procedure with very little pain the next day. I highly recommend going to her if you're in the New Orleans area. You will not be disappointed!

I had to go here for a "re-treatment" for a root canal which is code for "my first endodontist couldn't get the job done". I wish I had come here first. The people are super friendly but, more importantly, extremely competent. It was a challenging procedure but Dr. Vedros and her team were fantastic. Everything was explained to me ahead of time and they kept checking throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I definitely don't want another root canal but, no doubt, I'm coming straight here again if I do.

The staff at Northlake is super friendly and accommodating. Ms.Stacy was able to schedule me in such short notice and had everything ready for me before I walked into clinic the same day. She and the staff were truly amazing and so kind during my time of need. Dr.Alongi was great and I had a wonderful experience overall.

I can't thank Dr. Alongi enough for making what I thought would be the worst day of my life, one of the easiest! He wore a tye dye scrub cap and made me laugh as much as I could through my anxiety and I felt like I was back at my pediatric office, it was great. I needed a root canal for the first time and everyone in the office was over the top nice. I went in crying and left smiling. Everything was explained to me in a comforting way and all of questions were answered. They even called to check on me a few days later. I'd recommend Northlake Endodontics to anyone!

Dr.Alongi was awesome and the his staff was great also they make u feel at home and pain free. Best I've been too. Highly recommend for anybody needing work done. Awesome Place and people.
