Serious lack of respect towards clients from the dentist. Had an appointment at 4pm. Arrived 3:55. Was not seen until 4:55/5pm. My cleaning took under 10 minutes. Basic professionalism to honor and respect your clients' time. He asked me how I was feeling. Didn't even apologize for the wait. Saw 3 people in the waiting room after me. Asked if he could tell me how fully grown my wisdom teeth were. Couldn't even answer, replied "they're growing in straight don't worry". I told him how I'd had significant growth pain on and off since my last visit. "Then take them out". Listen to what you are being asked, then respond. The girls that work there are angels and professional. Time to find a new dentist

My first time here and I was satisfied. The whole team treated me very professionally, I was scheduled for a routine cleaning and it was discovered that I had a tooth with a nerve exposed. Needed to be taken care of right away or I might not have gotten it taken care of. So let me apologize to the clients who had to wait until my work was done the work. Sorry my appointment ran over into your time. Everyone explain to me what was happening what was going to happen and what they needed to do in order to correct my problem. As the dentist worked he told me step by step what was happening and held a conversation with me to keep me at ease. I still have some work need to be done on other teeth and I will be back to them. Thanks guys

Abbas is by far the best dentist I've ever encountered and have been going to abba for over a decade now. Abba always goes above and beyond in saving my teeth thanks abba his hands are gifted. Abba also did my lateral implants over a decade ago and I still receive compliments on my smile little do people know it was abbas hands who perfected my smile I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart abba is gifted at what he does highly recommended for implants and root canals.

Abbas M Haseeb Is a great dentist.very gentle and friendly .I cannot say that for the people he has working there. Unprofessionally.I had to change my dentist because the staff . Drove to my appointment .waited to find out they canceled appointment. It be nice to receive a phone call 2nd maybe even 3 times they have done this . Lost 7 patients.bye,bye

If I could leave 0 stars I would- I should up for my appointment 5 minutes early and and after waiting 45 past my scheduled appointment my patience ran out and I asked how much longer it would be. The girl behind the front desk told me with a smile that it would be another hour at least and seriously asked me if I wanted to wait. If there's going to be a 2 hour wait they should be telling people when they first get there or calling them in advance because I drove half an hour to get there. Terrible practice, I hope they go bankrupt.

In the beginning of Covid times I lost my veneer front tooth after many years in place. My regular dentist of 15 yrs (understandably) was not taking appointments. I looked for a dentist near my business & I found Dr.Haseeb and I'm glad I did. Replaced the veneer with a crown - now I have a great smile again. Staff is attentive and sincere, Dr.Haseeb is efficient, good conversationalist and most important gentle hands. Prices are well worth their professionalism - highly recommend.

AFTER COVID 19 CLOSEOUT THE DENTIST LADY NEVER COME BACK AND THEY DONT KNOW WHEN SHE IS COMING BACK AND MY SON NEEDS ROOT CANAL AND NOW I HAVE TO START OVER FROM THE BEGINNING BECAUSE SHE HAVE NOT DR, TO REPLACE HER. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW XRAY BECAUSE IS HARD TO GET A COPIES . VERY POOR COMUNICATION . THEY TOLD ME THE DR ABBS CAN SEE MY SON BUT WHEN I AM WAS WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT THE LADY TOLD ME THAT THE DR. DONT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AND I CAN PAY WITH CASH OR CREDIT CARD.

First, shout out to his techs they are so nice and helpful. Some concerns I had were him telling me he felt sorry for my husband because I told him I was still in pain after anesthesia. He appeared frustrated that I was making a face(from the pain as I could not voice it) and asked why am I making faces. He also went in telling me I was going to need a root canal but then proceeded to take out my previous filling and added a new filling and then told me to schedule a root canal. I'm unclear why I went though that pain and my insurance charged that money if he wanted to do a root canal anyway. Last, while he worked he watched TV which I honestly didn't care until today when I saw that the skin on my lip(opposite side of which he was working on) is ripped off. It's about a quarter of my upper lip, so it's a nice size.
