I absolutely love having Dr. Sims as my dentist. His staff is so wonderful! They all greet you with a smile and make sure you're well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Sims as your dentist.

The whole group at this office is absolutely amazing! They are all nice they help you at any given time you need help, they go above and beyond with making sure you are taken care of. I've only been with them for a year but their name says it all. They treat you like family and they take care of you. Dr. Sims will make you feel comfortable and explain to you in depth what he's doing and why you need it, what most other dentists don't do. If you feel like all dentists want is money and to just do work that's unnecessary at the time being, they will not treat you like that here. I highly suggest this company

Northgate family dentistry is good place to have as your primary dentist! Dr.sims is such a sweet guy and you can tell he takes great care of his patients! The assistants know what they are doing and also so very sweet! I highly recommend this as your family dentistry!

Great experience greeted with a smile and down to earth dentistry. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a dentist that is concerned about function and comfort more than what they can up sell you!

Love Kim. Have followed her thro 3-4 DDS that have Been in the same bldg. I do Not routinely use The DDS there, since Kisling retired. However, one the weekend I had a hurting tooth & Decided to let dr. Sims work on it. Totally agree with Sam Hill ! I barely ever saw the DDS. His 'girls' did all the work. I complained to Kim & he obviously got word & cropped an attitude. His 'girls' put the first temporary crown in. Next Day it fell out- next day after 'girls' re-glued it.. it fell Out- next day (suprise) the DDS glued it with so much glue, he had to drill the temp off. Finally my permanent crown came- he sent it back Because he wasn't satisfied. Waited & Waited and Got the crown he used. It went in easily for about 1/3 or 1/4 and it wouldn't fit the rest of way. He pushed with one thumb and then used two thumbs and shoved it in with great force. Also no Girls around. Highly unusual. I think it's because He LIED to me...too long to describe. That started in Aug of 2018, but have no idea when He finally put it in. I WENT FOR 2nd opinion & The crown is chipped at gum line and a Ridge ?? On the back of crown. It's paid for,sooo I'm making a formal complaint thro my insurance Concerning this issue. HE WILL NEVER TOUCH MY TEETH AGAIN. It's still not resolved. Just a word of caution to those unaware. BTW: Sam Hill is 100% RIGHT !

Dr Sims and his staff are professional and prompt. Very pleased with the recent fillings - procedure was pain free and results surpassed my expectations from years of other dentists. Definitely recommend Northgate Family Dentistry.
