Actually have a fairly decent fear of the dentist, they understood and alleviated those fears. Went in for an extraction and found out another tooth was in really bad shape as well.

I booked an appointment 4 months in advance. The week before they call and confirm my appointment and then the day of the appointment call and cancel

Dr. Britt is AMAZING!!! Had a crown replaced with her and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. I did not feel the first few Novocain shots and she coached me through the tough parts. Her bedside manner is caring and understanding and my new crown fits and looks better than any of the others I've had! HIGHLY recommend!

After not finding a dental practice I loved in Denver I was recommended to Northfield Family Dental by a friend. Happy I came, as this practice is conservative yet effective with treatment plans, always on time, clean and friendly. My experience with Dr. Rogers is always great. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm a current patient and would recommend looking for a different dental office. The dentists and hygienists are kind and professional but I am really over getting a call for each of my appointments saying they need to move my time. Not only that, they call a couple days or a day before your appointment to tell you that they are going to move your appointment to a different time rather than ASKING. It is ridiculous that this happens almost EVERY one of my appointments AND they also have done this to my mom who is a patient as well. So unprofessional and inconsiderate in my opinion. Not only that, we started coming here because they offered free teeth whitening. My mom was told that is no longer an option to her since another company bought them out yet they told her she had to wait until after her first or second visit to start getting the free teeth whitening. You should still honor that.

Dr. Rogers always has thorough answers and explanations to my questions/concerns. I've been a patient for 2+ years and have not been disappointed! Front desk staff is friendly and professional as are the dental assistants.

Dentists are okay but had to get my fillings done else where. Fillings were uncomfortable months after, came in to get them done again for a second chance and still was uncomfortable. I recommend finding a different place for fillings

I've seen 2 different hygienists and neither one did a thorough cleaning. I also had a cap put on one of my teeth and still have sensitivity when I bite down that I didn't have before the dentist shaved off half the tooth.

Dr Rogers is friendly, professional, and welcoming along with the rest of the staff. I've even referred my friend as a new patient. However, I'm consistently being charged for things I'm not expecting due to front desk error. I missed my appointment one day and subsequently got charged for it - though I understand that's the policy and I'm responsible for a missed appointment, I wish they would have reminded me of this when they called to let me know I missed in the first place. Insurance only covers bitewings once per year, but I was told at 11 months that I was due for them - insurance didn't pay, and front desk nonchalantly explained that they "try their best to make sure they are only doing it once per year". Other examples include supposed insurance coverage on filling estimates. When I go to pay my portion, I'm told insurance doesn't cover something and that "we should have paid more attention and zeroed it out since we knew it wouldn't be covered". I'm not upset I was responsible for these extra charges, but I am annoyed that they seem to consistently fly through things without ensuring a bit more accuracy.

There are better dental places out there and won't be hard to find one! Pls don't tell me to contact your office about the issues because I have given y'all way more chances to fix them than y'all deserved!!

I like how thoroughly Dr. Stanley examines not just your teeth, but also your whole mouth for cancer signs. An actual doctor/dentist who spends more than 30 seconds with you is great, as is the rest of the staff! I also wasn't told that I needed a bunch of work done like the practice down the street had told me previously.

Unsafe. Inconsiderate and extremely rude receptionist and manager. My 6 year old and I began throwing up the night before my cleaning. When my husband cancelled my appointment they insisted on me coming in for the appointment sick or charging me $50.

Year 2021 has been full of surprises with Northfield Family Dental; new front desk staff, new dental hygienist (or students!) and new doctors! Had to do 6 fillings that were not identified in the previous years! I was told by the front staff that I have good insurance and my fillings are fully covered! After I came out from the 2nd set of fillings (final one), the front staff tells me I already maxed out and I had to pay for the previous one plus the 2nd one out of pocket! I argued saying why did you tell me that my insurance would cover everything and why didn't you tell me at least before I went inside to do my 2nd set of fillings which, if I knew, I would postpone for next year! She said she is not supposed to tell me that! Ended up paying almost $1,000 and she also cancelled my next cleaning appointment saying that's not covered. However, I called my insurance and found out that even if I am maxed out, cleaning is 50% covered! Called her Supervisor and she verified with my insurance and said that's true! Fillings - looks like they were not done correctly, went back twice to fix but I still have pain and sensitive! So, BE AWARE... as she tells, it's NOT HER RESPONSIBILITY to tell you if your insurance covers or not!

I had a great experience during my first visit! All staff who helped me were very kind and personable, and Dr Muldoon is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm glad to have found a new dentist office I can trust.

I am new to the area and this was my first time ever at a new dentist's office. My experience was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. My cleaning and x-rays were thorough, the conversation made the process fun, and the office itself was extremely clean. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Rogers is the best dentist I have ever had. The office is well-run, spotless, and everybody who works there is both helpful and professional. The team has done an exemplary job of making patients feel safe and comfortable especially with regards to Covid. Thank you Dr. Rogers for helping me get my smile back!
