My daughter has very good teeth and has never had trouble with cavities. The first and last time she went to this office the dentist filled **four** cavities **without** any kind of pain killer even though she was plainly in distress. Personally I wonder if there really were any cavities at all and he was just padding his Medicaid billing. Stay away!!

Unfortunately a simple filling left my tooth with persistent soreness for one week, and ongoing biting pain throughout the next year that led to the tooth having to be taken out and me forking over $4000 for an implant. None of this pain was there prior my visit here, so I didn't give this dentist an opportunity to fix this issue, considering he also recommended an unnecessary root canal on a separate tooth at the same time. I have a feeling the original filling was not necessary and poorly done, leading to all of this future pain and frustration. Can I prove that, maybe not, but read all the other reviews and judge for yourself.

I had my very first appointment here today and let tell you what I absolutely love them so much. I was late and they still took me in due to servaroty of my mouth. When the Dr was numbing my mouth he took the mirror and shook the mirror in my cheek while putting in the syringe for the novicane and I didn't even realize it! Never ever had a dentist do that. So considerate. If I felt like I needed to rinse or take a break he stopped instanly. Bathroom break in the middle. 2 Trent out two filled within 1 he and aha half !!!

Never was scared to go to the dentists till I went here just once! It's like he's trying to break a world record on how fast he can get ya in and out of there.

I had the back half of a molar break off whilst at our summer property, and I called the other town dental office and was told it'd be 6 weeks before they would have an opening. I called Northfield Elite Dental and got an appointment 48 hours later. Dr Alaa Fahoum is extraordinary! What an amazing and caring dentist! He did a temporary crown to hold for the moment, and then I came back a month later for the permanent crown. I was sure I'd lose the tooth, but he saved it! His staff are delightful and welcoming. I have actually scheduled my semi-annual appointments so I can see Dr. Fahoum for 1 of the cleanings. I don't have insurance, but his fees are excellent considering the costs of dentistry. When I move to VT in a few years, Dr. Fahoum will be my regular dentist. He is very precise, knows the technologies, and you are included throughout the entire process. He asks questions to ensure you are doing OK throughout the procedures. Would recommend Dr. Fahoum to ANYONE! Thank you Dr. Fahoum!!!!

As other reviews have indicated, Dentist is extremely aggressive, very poor at communicating, and started performing work without authorization. Also did not do a proper job with numbing. I have serious concerns about the quality of his work, and would not be at all surprised if my teeth are worse now than they were before. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a dentist and personally will not be returning.

I haven't been to the dentist in quite a while - so it wasn't much of a surprise that I had some problems with my teeth. My dentist (I'm so sorry, but I forgot his name!) was easily the best I've ever encountered. He spent an hour fixing some major cavities, and I felt nothing. I didn't even feel the novacaine injections, which in the past at other dentists have been pretty painful in and of themselves. The staff and my dentist were professional, friendly and very competent. I would highly recommend!

Had my second visit with Dr. Al today- he got me in, same day. Last year when I contacted him, he was able to get me in the next day. As always, exceptional service, respectful, friendly, gentle, put my anxiety at ease and resolved my issues. I will, without a doubt- continue going to Northfield Elite Dental as long as he is there!

Not only is Dr. Fahoum easily the best Dentist in Central Vermont, but he is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever met. He truly cares about the people in that chair and he lets you know it. I am about to move to White River Junction and plan on still making the trip to see him for my dental health care. Doctors like him are hard to find and worth hanging on to. If you're looking for a Dentist I highly recommend choosing Dr. Alla Fahoum. You will be glad you did.

Proceed with caution. While the entire team is kind and personable, I was informed on my first visit that I had 8 cavities I needed to address - 8! I have only had a handful of issues with cavities in my life. So I ended up getting a second opinion - the second dentist was shocked and indicated she would only be watching two teeth. That's a big difference. If you're comfortable with aggressive dentistry, just be aware that unnecessary work may be recommended here.

I had to go in as an emergency for a tooth acke the secretary and staff Exspecially the Dentist was a wonderful experience he not only took and X-ray but filled 3 fillings to save my teeth and then spent actually quite a bit of chair side talking to me and actually cared for my teeth and gums and my health he is wonderful and I will definitely continue to be in there practice!

My son was there in July and he was very pleased with the treatment. But they gave him only Account of history. Insurance asks for bill and medical history as well. They don't answer my calls. Does anybody know if they have an email address?
