This letter is to follow-up with you sharing my experience before and after regarding being diagnosed at your office with Arthritis and describing pain in my jaw, ear, and neck pain etc. In the course of about a year, I went to urgent care, ear and throat specialists, twice to a dentist, two times to a primary care provider, had a sleep apnea test, hearing test and finally coming to your practice.
Everyone in the office was very friendly and informative. Dr. Zadeh is a wonderful oral surgeon. He puts you at ease and explains everything very well. My recovery went exceedingly well, which was a testament to his expertise.

He received his B.S. from the University of Maryland (graduating Magna Cum Laude), his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. His residency training included service at the University of Maryland Medical Center, the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Sinai Hospital, among other institutions. During his distinguished academic career, Dr. Zadeh earned numerous academic honors, including membership in the Matthew Cryer Honor Society, the highest scholastic honor at the University of Pennsylvania.

Honestly, I was skeptical on the random reviews on Dr Hugh Zedeh. I couldn't sleep or eat a few days before. Like I walked into my appointment crying because I was alone and every single nurse staff felt like a caring mother and it was really everything. Dr Z was so sweet. He knew I was having really bad anxiety and he really helped calm me with iv sedation which I never had, 10/10 reccommend. I believe the nursing assistance was ms Wallace. She was the absolute sweetest. The billing lady was amazing too Also I could be wrong but every assistant involved was 10/10. Please give this place a chance. They actually do care. 4 day post op update: Everything is healing so well! No pain. Literally none but some swelling as expected. They checked on me on Monday as well.

Very professional indeed. My son raves about how he underwent extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth plus 1 upper palate bone with minor pain and no bad after effects! He went in for another extraction and he's doing so well. Highly recommend. Many thanks to Dr.Jackson and her medical team for such excellent care!

Dr. Zadeh and his staff have been outstanding throughout my wife's implants procedure. The front desk personnel are the friendliest and most helpful and patient that I've ever met in a doctors office and his surgery assistants are exactly the same. Dr Zadeh is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as well and he ensured my wife was well taken care of during the entire procedure. We've had zero issues since her 5 implants were completed a few months ago and we're so happy that we chose Dr. Zadeh and his staff for the procedure. I highly recommend him if you need any type of oral surgery!! Top notch!!!

I found this practice recently for some dental work and I have been so happy with the services that I'm leaving the practice I've been using for years! This is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE Oral Surgery experience I have ever had! I arrived 30 mins., prior to my scheduled appointment time as requested by the office, I checked in, & STILL waited 20 mins. PASS my scheduled time to be called back. The woman who called me back NEVER greeted me with her name, we got in the procedure room & she wanted to unnecessarily xray my mouth even though my Dentist sent over xrays from two months ago. I had to advocate for myself AGAINST unnecessary xray exposure! She didn't like that. Oh well! She left & came back with the DDS who was too rough & when I expressed anxiety & discomfort, he showed obvious annoyance & this was just to administer the numbing medication! He proceeded to numb my mouth and THEN inform me that someone would be in to discuss payment! ?!????! Why was this not taken care of prior to beginning treatment!?! The woman who handled payment came, took my payment, returned my card & left. In walks another "nameless" assistant who just started talking to me, giving me post procedure instructions, BEFORE the procedure! "Brutus" the DDS returned to roughly & impatiently remove my broken tooth. At one point I had to make him stop the procedure because he was being SO ROUGH in my mouth! He then, still speaking to me in an annoyed tone, asked me did I need a break & that he'd leave & come back in a little while"! I told him absolutely not, I just wanted to get it over with!!! I rang my hands so tightly during that procedure, my hands were shaking when it was finally over. I wish I would have found a much nicer DDS in a more professional practice because THIS PLACE is HORRENDOUS!

My first experience going here and the ladies up front were so nice and helpful. I was nervous because I don't like going to the dentist but they put me at ease. Mr Zadeh was very professional in explaining the process of getting wisdom teeth removed. I absolutely love good customer service and anyone who puts patients at ease is definitely a plus. Ms Rozma is an excellent surgical assistant and loved how she explained everything. Very calm and professional. God bless!

Had to remove four wisdom tooth and the dental surgery was awesome. They took the time to explain the process and what to do if I ran into a problem afterwards. The professional service was given upon me entering the doors with the assistance. Last week I had an appointment with Dr Abdulateef and I am extremely disappointed. I had an x ray done to determine the reasoning behind the pain and TMJ in my left jaw and after a few trials on the x ray I heard one of the doctors state that this was the best they could get it, which was really alarming. After my x ray, it was like Dr Abdulateef didn't have much interest or time of day to really examine my jaw pain. I had a injection done in my jaw and while my jaw was still in pain from my previous TMJ injury, the doctor invalidated my pain stating that my jaw had to have been feeling better ( even though it was not). It was as though Dr. A wasn't listening to my concerns and didn't really care to listen to what I had to say which was quite rude. It's been a few days since and while he prescribed medication for muscle relaxation I am in so much pain still. I've been to over 10 doctors in the area for help on my jaw pain and TMJ diagnosis and after being invalidated and having my situation treated as business rather than an actual person going through so much pain ;I am so disappointed to be going through this again. I feel like a fool for going to this appointment. I came here for a second opinion. The best part of the appointment had to be the kindness of the front desk staff and assistant. I wish I could have been treated with that same kindness and patience from Dr. Abdulateef. Update: It's been about a week since my visit and I'm having trouble with speaking (I'm in my 20's) more than I have ever before. They are aware and do not care. Do not come here
