Dr. Johnson is board certified through the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction held by only 30% of practicing orthodontists. He has earned many honors and awards for scholastics and service, including admissioninto the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and receivingtheir highest honor, the William S. Kramer Award for Excellence. During his time at both Univeristy of Nevada, Las Vegasand the University of Michigan, Dr. Johnson wrote and published multiple journal and research articles.
Dr. Johnson completed his three-year orthodontic residency inone of the most respected orthodontics programs in the world, at the University of Michigan, where he earned both a certificate of orthodonticsand a Masterof Science. Previous to his orthodontic residency, he graduated first in his dental class at UNLV. He also has a BS in biology from BYU.
Dr. Johnson and his wife Jeanie have three young children. He is an Eagle Scout and currently volunteers as an assistant scout master and a youth Sunday school teacher. Dr. Johnson loves living in Alaska. In the winter he loves any activity that involves being outside, includingskiing, ice skating, and camping. During the summer he enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and fishing.

I was born and raised in Alaska, attended school at ACU, and graduated with my BA in business administration. I began my career with Nordstrom, which took me everywhere from Boston to Seattle. After realizing there truly is no place like home, I made my way back to Alaska and joined Northern Smiles Orthodontics in 2013. My very favorite part of this job is connecting with our patients. We get to be a part of their lives and smile story, and its something theyll never forget. We are gifted with the chance to witness the transformation of confidence and that just touches my heart and makes me love coming to work every day. The best part of being on this team is the diverse group I get to work with. Thegroup has such a variety of interests, personalities, experience, and talents, that it makes it a breeze for our patients to find someone they connect with. I love all things adventure: hiking, biking, glamping, and road trips. Some of my hobbies include volunteering, yoga, running, art projects, garage sales, refinishing furniture, and campfire cooking! I am a happiness junkie, amateur gardener, family-tradition starter, coffee aficionado, fishing fool, and by day a smile maker!
I went to dental assisting school in 2011 in Taylorsville, Utah, and worked in general dentistry until 2015 when I was hired at Northern Smiles Orthodontics. I love what we do here! I love being part of a team that works together to change lives by perfecting peoples smiles. I love feeling the joy and appreciation that is exerted when a patient finishes treatment and leaves our office with a perfect smile. It is incredibly rewarding! Our team is the best! We are all a big family that is fully dedicated to doing everything we can to make every patient comfortable and happy. I have a wonderful daughter, Lilly, who is seven years old and is the love of my life. Some of my favorite things are hiking, painting, and reading. I was raised in Alaska, so I love the outdoors!
I graduated from dental assisting school in 2002. I am passionate about smiles and love seeing our patients lives change because of orthodontic treatment. I cherish the friendships I make with our patients and their parents, and I feel very proud to see the joy in their faces as we work together to improve their smiles. I always feel happy walking into the office. I love working with a team that builds each other up. I always find myself laughing with my coworkers, and Dr. Johnson makes work a fun and relaxing place to be. I grew up in Fairbanks, where I worked in a family-run dog-mushing store. I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband, two daughters, and big dog named Buddy.
I was born and raised in Alaska. I love hiking, fishing, snowboarding, biking and running. I am the mother of twin boys who keep me busy with sports and cub scouts. After high school, I lived in Germany for a year and traveled through Europe. I love seeing the impact my job has on people and seeing how a new smile can change their lives.
I grew up on the Kenai Peninsula. I love spending time with my family, which includes my beautiful daughter, my other half, and 2 doggies. Summer is my favorite time of year and we enjoy every bit of sunshine by being outdoors going on walks, four wheeling, camping, and biking, and sitting by a bonfire.
I grew up in Alaska and love to shop and travel. My favorite celebrity is Jessie James Decker who I have not only seen in concert multiple times, but has gotten to meet in person. ( I have a photo to prove it! I spend a lot of time with my younger brother and love camping in the summer.
I was born in Fairbanks, but grew up in Anchorage. I spend most days with my lovely four children, three grand children, four dogs, and one cat. I go on adventures every chance I can with my best friend and husband, Ken. When Im not out exploring our beautiful state of Alaska, I enjoy drawing, painting, and crafting. I love all holidays and comedies.
I grew up in Nome, Alaska and am the only boy of 6 kids. In my free time I enjoy playing basketball and enjoying all that Alaska has to offer! My beautiful wife Jaclyn and I have 3 kids, 2 boys and a baby girl. I also enjoying spending time with my second family at Unite Church. I look forward to meeting you and sharing a part of my servants heart with you.
