Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.

Of course, I always have dental issues that occur on a Friday/weekend. Dr. Swanson and his great staff are always accommodating. They respond to my phone call and get me an appointment sooner than I thought possible. Thank you.

Dr. Swanson is great! The staff here are so nice and easy to work with. The best dental office in the area. I've been to a few in the area and all around Northern Plains is the best all around for service and care. They have a great cleaning crew ;) super nice to me after me not taking care of my teeth. I have had two permanent implants put in over 2 years here. These are my before and after pictures of the final one. I can fully smile again!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the staff and how they are handling covid. I have gone here for years and liked them, but this just puts them at the top of the list for me. They were ultra cautious in their prevention techniques, and I felt very comfortable with how they had it set up. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me and my family!
