Sandpoint dentist Dr. Emerson Godbolt grew up in a rural town outside of Butte, Montana. He went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Carroll College all while fighting wildland fires in the summers. He then attended Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry, graduating in 2014 and completing a fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry in 2019.
Although Dr. Godbolt specializes in general dentistry, he has gone on to receive significant training in IV sedation, dental implants, and oral surgery including complex impacted wisdom Teeth, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Godbolt is also one of the only providers of Bioclear services in the state of Idaho.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Godbolt enjoys the outdoors and all the Northwest has to offer. He can often be found scaling the powder-covered slopes backcountry skiing with his significant other. In the summer, he is often backpacking into mountain lakes accompanied by a waterlogged golden retriever.
Alli was born and raised in Post Falls, Idaho. She played Division 1 indoor and beach volleyball at San Jose State, while earning her bachelors degree in Business and Marketing, as well as her masters degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management. Alli moved up to Sandpoint in the summer of 2020 and has been working in the dental field ever since. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, playing beach volleyball, and exploring North Idaho with her golden retriever, Hazel.
Heather was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She has lived with her three kids in the Sandpoint area since 1996. In the community, Heather is a local dance instructor at Allegro Dance Studio, and she has owned her own dance studio since 2004. She is friendly and compassionate, and her favorite part of her job is interacting with our amazing patients.
Lorina has lived in the Sandpoint area since 2016. She has been dental assisting for 17 years, and she loves the variety of people she gets to see every day. Lorina has twin boys, and in her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time at the lake with her family.
Marcy was born and raised in Sisters, Oregon. She attended George Fox University and earned her degree in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science. She attended North Idaho College and became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2021. Marcy moved to Sandpoint in 2020 with her husband and two dogs. When she is not at the office, Marcy loves riding her dirt bike, and she is learning archery.
Olivia was born and raised in Sandpoint, and she graduated from Sandpoint High School in 2016. Olivia attended hygiene school at San Juan College where she earned her Associates of Dental Hygiene degree. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist certified in local anesthesia, laser therapy, and nitrous. Olivia became interested in dental hygiene because she enjoys helping people through preventative treatment. She is passionate about teaching homecare and educating patients on oral care. In her free time, Olivia loves anything outdoors, including camping, fishing, and kayaking, as well as spending time with her family.
Debra was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, but she has lived in the Sandpoint area for 3 years. Debra has 4 kids and five grand puppies. She attended hygiene school at the Oregon Institute of Technology, and she brings many years of experience to our hygiene team. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new patients and talking with her current patients. She especially loves kids! When she isn't working, Debra enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing.
