I've had very good experiences. The staff and providers have always been kind, knowledgeable and always answered my questions to best of their ability. The office is well organized and does a very good job of reminding me of upcoming appointments.

I'm an established client here with good credit. But I just learned they want me to pay for my entire upcoming procedure, more than $6,000, 2 weeks before my procedure is scheduled. That does not seem right to me.

I drove all the way from Hibbing (1.5 hours) for my consult appointment just for staff to tell me they don't accept my insurance & it would be a $295 out of pocket charge, due right then! I asked about my insurance when I made the appointment!

I would like to thank everyone who was involved in the remover of a root that needed to be removed by Doctor Espy and his staff. I had my 2 lower wisdom teeth taken out. The staff were so extremely friendly and the oral surgeon Dr Espe was too! He did an amazing job along with the assisting staff. Thank you Northern Oral Surgery for making this such a great experience in a scary situation for myself.

Per Linda R: Very pleased with service, staff and oral surgeon at my appt on 6-16-2020. During the initial exam at my first apt Dr. Haggestad (DDS, MD) explained the process thoroughly. During today's tooth extraction by Dr. Haggestad all went MUCH better than I anticipated (really dislike dental appts) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (and it was a 90 min. drive one-way for us). I have endured a previous extraction but this one was absolutely smooth and over with before I knew it!!!

My experience with Northern Oral involved a tooth extraction. I found the facility to be state of the art, the staff was efficient, professional and well trained. I really felt like an important patient and was well cared for and educated about post removal care. The phone call the next day was also very important and showed the concern for their patients. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing the services they offer. Thank You!

I was recommended this place for my wisdom teeth removal and it went SO smooth! I usually don't leave reviews because it feels like a hassle but this place deserves it! The staff are all so friendly in every area from the front desk, nurses, and surgeon. I LOVED how comfortable my nurse made me feel. I've never been put under anesthesia before today and she helped me though It. I wish I could remember her name. Such amazing staff! I recommend this place to everyone!

Dr.Morse is top of the line!!! The office is in a great location and easy to access for anyone from any distance. Great staff...efficient, thorough, friendly, and very helpful. Definitely a blessed environment!!!
