Very good resolution to a tooth extraction. I had an ulcer in my cheek from a wisdom tooth that grew sideways they promptly scheduled me and the tooth wS was out before I knew it. I followed all their instructions and had a very uncomplicated recovery. Highly recommend this team.

My review will be sadly lowered due to the over all experience that has been ongoing for the past 5.5 months. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed in the beginning of February. We had 2 insurances covering the surgery & they still had me place a deposit that would "be returned in the next 60 days pending insurance". In the beginning of May both insurance companies notified me they paid, I called this office 2 weeks after insurance notification and was told by a billing gal they hadn't received insurance payments. June 28th, I called and got an "oh my goodness yes we will send the check out today" (in other words ball was dropped).... The gal mumbled something about the check being more than it should but that they don't want to deal with contacting insurance companies so "you'll have to figure that out". (Haven't seen the check yet so I'm not sure however I'll be contacting the insurance company to make sure this office isn't committing insurance fraud too). I provided Jessica with my updated mailing address on June 28th. Today, July 21st - still no check received, so I call once again. Speaking with Jessica again, she stated the check had been issued and she'll have to put a stop payment on the check and issues a new one, I simply said ok. I asked her where the check was mailed and she informed me my old address, I expressed that I gave my new address and that could be the issue. She became extremely disrespectful towards me. Again I calmly stated I gave her my new address AND that there is a forwarding with my old address so regardless I should have gotten it anyway in the last 4 weeks. I provided my address again. She asked if I wanted to pick it up, & I said no mail is fine and she was extremely rude & told me she is doing me a favor and being kind by mailing it & "not" charging me the $35 stop fee payment. Excuse me Jessica? YOU (since you told me you're the one who issues checks) issued it WRONG & no I won't be charged for your fee. She told me if I don't receive it I'll have to pick it up in person and be charged the stop check fee.... No, I won't... I'll file more than just a review with google at that point if need be. I receive my mail just fine at my correct address and receive forwarded mail just fine too... I asked her to read the address back to me, rudely she did so. She then went the "extra mile" & told me who the check is being made out to LOL - it was being made out to the wrong name. When I remind her of my name she tried to tell me my name isn't on the information & someone else who was not part of the procedure at all was on there. So, the first check was mailed out to who then? Lol. I told her to check intake papers it's on their correctly - after a long pause she confirmed my name - we shall see. (Jessica cut the first check to the wrong name & wrong address -- hmm what could have gone wrong?) Jessica was unbelievably rude & someone like her sadly is the cause of lost patients for medical/dental offices. I'll provide another review if this situation gets worse, as well as get the owners input on the situation at that point. Jessica has now cost the office a referral from me (I had already sent a 12 since Feb) they are the last & instead I will share my experience & advise against this office. In my own profession, I had potential to refer hundreds over the years. The medical procedure itself was smooth, the doctor was kind. Yet, the same level of medical service will be done by any of the other good doctors in the area. Due to how the staff feels they can treat you, I can't recommend this place. Which is unfortunate because it didn't have to be this way. I was respectful on the phone though I had every reason to be frustrated, & it was met with an employee who did not do her job properly and instead attacked me. It's July 21 & supposedly the check will be sent to the correct address, with my actual name on it lol. We shall see, but not holding my breath. (Jessica was at the Reno location). UPDATE: Dr & Office manager reached out to apologize, that part showed they cared. Check was received.

The staff and Dr. Galea were extremely welcoming and informative of the procedure I was undergoing (wisdom teeth extraction). At every instance they made sure I was comfortable and relayed all information of pre-op and post-op to both me and my partner. I felt very well taken care of.
