The best experience I've had compared to any dental visit I've had anywhere else . They saw me in a timely manner for and emergency root canal. They explained everything from the procedure to payment to how I felt about it all. The procedure was painless and fast! They made sure I was comfortable and helped calm my nerves before the procedure. Everyone was super friendly and it showed that loved being there which made me feel more comfortable and reassured me that I was in great hands. Dr. Scott Sutter and Genny you guys are amazing. Although I hope to never have another root canal done, if I ever do I know who I'll be going to.

Highly recommend, it's hard to find words to describe my experience in today's world you don't find many businesses that have genuine people. From the front end to the back end. Everyone takes your needs seriously. .. Thank god for people like this. It makes a big difference

I had came in with a referral for a cracked tooth. I ended up getting a root canal since the tooth was savable, this was my first ever root canal and I am so happy that Dr Sutter was the one to perform it! The staff at Northern Nevada Endodontics are very professional and let you know that you are in control throughout your entire appointment. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable!

I was highly, highly impressed with my experience in visiting Northern Nevada Endodontics for diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Scott Sutter and his staff were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, informative, friendly and fast! They have *completely* changed the paradigm of being in fear about seeking dental treatment. Dr. Sutter exudes kindness and confidence, and both he and his staff use the very latest in technology to ensure that each patient receives exactly what treatment she or he needs. I really cannot say enough positive things about them to do justice to their practice!

All of the people were friendly and helpful. Dr. Sutter is a great doctor and just a great person. Explained everything to me about a root canal. Not painful at all, actually a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their practice.

Dr. Sutter appears very knowledgeable, confident and comfortable at what he does. He explained to me in details about the situation and what the expectations are. The staffing are very friendly. Fast service. No waiting time. New clean office with new equipments. Overall, great experience and definitely highly recommend Dr Sutter for those who need to see an endodontist in town!

Honestly came in after avoiding the dentist for a long time. Finding out I needed a root canal scared me, but the staff here really made it clear that all my worries would be gone. Pain was one of my biggest anxiety inducing things and they made sure there was no pain what so ever. They do a really cool trick where they numb you, and then put a cold substance (liquid nitrogen?) on the tooth to make sure you don't feel anything before starting. I thought I was numb but this technique confirmed I wasn't, another two shots and I felt absolutely nothing. Whole treatment was easy, and very professional. Just sit back and listen to music/podcast while the work is done. I believe it took less than an hour. Currently 8 hours have passed since mine and I have very little discomfort. This place definitely deserves 5 stars, I'd give more if I could. Thank you!

Beautiful place well lit fabulous color scheme. Staff from receptionist/dental assistant to the Dentist was phenomenal. They explained everything they were going to do and they gave me headphones so I could listen to whatever I wanted to while the drills were going. Very attentive. Appreciate you all. Keep up the great work.

I value professionals who take pride in their work and put their patients first. Dr. Sutter and his staff were fantastic. They knew what they were doing every step of the way and were independently making sure I was comfortable. I was in and out for a root canal in an hour and barely felt a thing.
