Inept front office people in the Havre Montana office. The schedule makers for wisdom teeth extraction could not even call with pre-surgical instructions. They sent a text to remind of appointment only. Then when you drive there, 180 miles round trip, a day off of work,, they say, "whoopsie, we made a mistake by not sending you the info". "How about a consult today, since we were to inept to give you instructions." Total waste of limit family resources and time, and they don't care when they make a mistake and do not own it. On our way back in our hometown, we stopped by our local dentist to reschedule with a competent office. We were told we weren't the only ones this has happened to. Why do the inept front end help keep earning a paycheck? To me, it's a total reflection upon the business as a whole. If they can't schedule properly and give proper information, why use them at all? Utilize your family resources more responsibly, and go elsewhere.
