I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. At check-in Ann asked if anything had changed and said i'm assuming your whole family is on Medicaid right? With a whole line of parents and other children behind us. I then let her know that we do not have Medicaid and we have our own private insurance through my job. She then said my bad a lot of people have Medicaid that come here but it's good to see that you're a hard-working mama. She noticed that all of my kids have different last names and as soon as I left the counter she made a comment about that as well. I would rather travel 3 hours to a new dentist than to ever step foot into this office again.

The dentist was great, but his assistant acted personally offended when my six year old said her balloon animal was weird. Lmao.

Front staff is a nightmare. Check in lady told me to go sit down because she has a bunch to do and cant check me in yet. Then called me up and told me I am late to my appointment. Checkout was terrible a middle aged women checked us out and she was rude. Not happy with her job and it was very obvious to everyone. I tried to have a conversation with her but her attitude made it impossible. If I had another option for care we would not be here.

My experience was great during the appointment. When I got to check out everything was going well the lady at check out was being super sweet to the little girl ahead of me. She popped her balloon so she offered to have them remake the balloon and she also gave her about 5 princess stickers. We thought it was wonderful and my 4 year old son was so excited to get a sticker. When we approached her friendly attitude completely changed and she told me to stay behind the sign in a rude manner. My son then put his balloon up to her window and it popped, she shook her head and didn't offer another balloon like she had to the little girl ahead of us. She didn't offer stickers. She didn't as much as tell us to have a good day. We did not reschedule. I'm not sure if it was because he was a boy, because he was a hyper or what the problem was with my child. If you go here request anyone other than Karen to check out your family. I have thought about contacting the doctors to discuss this myself but I know I would be judged every time I step in after this so we found another office that has been absolutely wonderful to my boy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their age limit is ridiculous! Only taking ages 7 years and under. The fact that my son is 8 and was only needing to be seen for a filling and a crown on his back molar y'all go and take our appointment away because he's 8 and considered a new patient because he hasn't ever been seen by your pediatric dentists??? We had the appointment made months before he turned 8. How is this even fair to my child!?

This place is terrible. From the front desk when you walk in to the doctors and miserable assistants in the back. Checkout with Karen is the worst part of my whole experience. The doctors need to evaluate the front end area and fire a few of the ladies. I am completely blown away that these people work near children.

I used to love taking my child to this dental office. The dentists are nice as well as the dental hygienists, however EVERY interaction I've ever had with an office employee there was trash. I just got off the phone with a woman who was very rude and just unkind in the way she went about explaining the information. We decided that this last check up will be our final with this clinic, sadly due to poor customer service/social skills. Would not recommend.

Only a few minutes late and I drove an hour from my house to take my daughter to get two teeth pulled and they would not see her. She didn't even ask the dentist even though I called when I was on my way told them the situation and the other lady told me keep coming it's fine we will ask the dentist when you get here but you should be fine but the lady at the counter was rude and wouldn't even check

I couldn't agree more with Jaclyn Marie's review. The dental hygienists are superb and great with the kiddos. Suzy is pretty freaking amazing. The dentists are straight forward and efficient... as they should be. But the touch points from the front office have become too painful. Karen needs work. Like lots. If she's good at filing insurance claims let her do that in the old bank safe in back. Keep her away from the people that put food on your table. Her self-resentment can be felt the second you engage her in conversation.

This office is amazing! I drive 2 hours one way to bring my boys here. My oldest suffers from severe anxiety and Dr. Jamie and his assistant (I wish I could remember her name --she's amazing with my children & has a great personality for the job she is doing I'm always so happy to see her in the room) have been more than patient with him! The front office staff are kind and friendly, as soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smile, and I love how they acknowledge the kids! The waiting room is always clean and kid friendly! The friendly environment really helps ease the anxiety I get from the kids anxiety I cannot thank them enough for all that they've done and put up with for my boys-- treating children is not easy and they do it with so much patience and understanding! I won't take my children anywhere else!

I used to love taking my kids here, but that's not the case anymore. The front desk ladies are EXTREMELY rude. As well as some of the hygienists. I would not recommend this place.

Everyone always goes above and beyond at this office I've been bringing my three kiddos (ones who's had needed extensive work done) for over four years and we drive an hour each way. So grateful to receive care here.
