I called to schedule an appointment for myself and my daughter as new patients. I was told that they are accepting new patients but that they are not accepting my insurance at this time, which is IM Care. I guess if you have a nice job that provides you with good dental insurance then they will take you because they get paid more. would that be considered discrimination? I also told them I have Uni - Care dental plan which is basically like paying cash and I was told they don't accept that either. I have called every dentist in the Grand Rapids area and have been told the exact same thing. What ever happened to caring about people and there health or is it all just about the money now? every place that has denied me and my daughter should be ashamed of themselves, I will make sure I review all of them with my displeasure in there lack of caring. I have a broken tooth if that matters to anyone.

Always caring and considerate of my care. Excellent COVID-19 safety procedures. Never have to worry about what will happen when receiving services--everyone explains what and why and when dental care occurs. If there were 10 stars, I would give 10+. I have been there since moving here to Wirt 10 years ago. Yesterday's visit was outstanding in professional care as usual by Stacey and Dr. H. But in addition, their compassion occurred when asking about our family and I began telling about the sudden death of our youngest 45 year-old son. Their voices were soothing in my grief. Thank you for the extra care!!!

I've been going to NLD for many years (as does my family). I've had patient care (fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns- the works) from both Dr. Hallie and Dr. Yahnke. Both are extremely skilled and professional. Everyone who works there is very friendly and patient. Would highly recommend.

I've gone to Northern Lake Dental for 38 years since I was a kid. I now take our 5 kids here and the service is top notch. The dentists are knowledgeable and professional. The hygienists are friendly. They do a good job with special needs / autism kiddos too.

My family has always had a good experience at Northern Lakes Dental. I have been going for 10 years and have always had my concerns addressed. I have been seen by Dr Hallie, Dr Cargill, and Dr Ihle and have been happy with all as well as the various hygienists I have seen.

Dr Halle is the best dentist I have ever had. Every procedure has been done with excellence. I commented to Dr Halle after having a crown done that I've never had a crown fit exactly immediately--no shaving off--no fitting. It just fit!!!! I highly recommend this office.

Love Northern Lakes! Only downside is sometimes you get dentist you don't expect. That Can get hard with kiddos They have 3 dentists. So make an appointment with the one you want unless you don't mind.
