Dr.Jacobs did a fantastic job! I was very nervous but him and the nurses helped me calm down and made sure I knew I was okay! I was having issues with my mouth yesterday, went back to see jacobs , and he was so nice and helped me !! I definitely recommend him!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever from the moment we walked in the door. The surgery to remove my daughters teeth went well, THANK GOD. But when it comes to professionalism or empathy to a concerned parent or uneasy patient, forget it. Then when I expressed how it was handled to the Dr. He just treated me like I was stupid and asked if I had any other questions. Never will go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

In December of 2021 I had a badly infected tooth that needed to be removed...it was truly an emergency. I went in for a consultation after being referred by my regular dentist. Dr. Robinson performed oral surgery to remove the tooth shortly after I arrived. He and the entire staff were very nice and excellent to deal with. The next day, I received a check up call from Dr. Robinson himself. Today I went back for a consult for another tooth that needs to come out in preparation for having a partial plate made, and again, I was super impressed with the entire staff. I would recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone.

This place is incompetent. Had a appointment made for my husband. Was in my dentist office when the appointment was made for 2-18-2021 at 9:30am. Had a missed call from office. Called them back and they asked me if I wanted to reschedule or cancel my appointment. This was at 9:08am. Said no almost there. They said my appointment was at 8am said no was 9:30am they pretty much called me a liar. Have the appointment card in front of me. Then said could see me Monday at 2pm. Guess they forgot I had a broken tooth and a mechanical heart valve. I will never go to this Dr/surgeon office. If they can't get the appointment straight how can I trust them to fix the right tooth or do it right. Only gave a 1 star rating cause it made me

Beware of this place. Dr. Robinson removed a crowned tooth and left behind 6 slivers, chunks, splinters, etc. Was a very sloppy job. In addition, they are in network with my insurance but refused to honor the negotiated amounts costing me an additional $170.00. They also wanted me to come back for an implant but I'll be going elsewhere after the experience I had.

Dr. Michael Robinson did a fantastic job! I had no wait, was in, and after about an hour and a half of surgery I was out. He even called the next day himself to check on me. Highly recommend! Staff was great as well.

Dr Robinson didn't tell us until after my daughters surgery that they don't do this particular procedure so it was only done half way. He also ignored the orthodontist orders and cut on both the top and bottom jaw instead of just the top jaw as the orthodontist ordered. Dr Robinson claimed he doesn't have to follow Dr orders. He dared me to sue him. He also claimed that he did nothing wrong and that the orthodontist and I are the ones who are the problem. I don't trust Dr Robinson one bit and would never go back to him.

Listen to the Reviews on here folks!! This office is horrible. They gave me an estimate of $305. I paid that up front after the surgery it was $700 MORE!!!!!!! They said, delta dental only pays for it if you have more teeth took out. Well why didnt you all say that before hand. They also gave me an appointment card with a date and time for my follow up. I requested off work, showed up to be told,,, oh we wrote down the wrong date its tomorrow. The reschedule for the next week.. I show up, they say, oh it's at the florence office. I never got the follow up because their office assistant arent competent enough to schedule a follow up. I try to get the insurance to pay their part, they refused it again. So I agree to $25 every other friday. They take 1 payment out of my account then no more for 6 month. Then run my card 4 time this month alone!!! Stay away from this place. Not worth the aggravation.

Dr Robinson, and the flim-flam man. I went to see them for a wisdom tooth removal and I paid $500. I was told my insurance would likely cover the $1000 balance, but come to find out the bait-and-switch was on and the good doctors didn't accept my insurance, they were out-of-network. At another doctor (In-Network) the balance would have been covered. Hold on to your wallet before you let them put you under. I will not give them a penny, I swear to Saint Elizabeth. These insurance scams by hospitals and doctors, must be stopped.
