From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated in a very friendly and helpful way by the receptionist and dental assistant. Dr. Bergo was very informative while performing my procedure and was also very friendly. I had a root canal and actually, I fell asleep during it. To my surprise, and unlike some others I've had, it wasn't at all uncomfortable or traumatic!! I highly recommend this office as everyone I came in contact with made me feel like they were glad I was there. They all actually smiled!!!.

I'd never had a root canal before and the reviews for this office were so positive I threw the dice and booked with them. The five star rating is spot on. Every single person I interacted with was kind, professional and excelled at their job. I had no pain during or after the procedure. None. I was amazed given my roots were unusually long and the tooth was compressed making the procedure longer and more difficult. Dr. Geraets was impressive. Go here.

Doctor LeValley and his assistants were very kind, compassionate and communicative. They informed we about what to expect, beginning with the anesthesia (which was quite gently administered) and throughout the procedure, so I felt respected and actively aware of what was happening and what to expect during and after the treatment. I was apprehensive but from the consultation to the completed work, the friendly staff made me comfortable. While I was waiting for the numbing to work, I over heard a lady in the next room say "this was a lot easier than I thought it would be". A true statement! Dr LeValley was informative, gentle and efficient. You and your staff will be recommended when appropriate.

My consultation with Dr. Dimond at the Longmont location was a very comfortable experience. The entire team are very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The level of communication is outstanding, you leave fully understanding your dental needs. Highly recommend!

This was a positive experience. The whole visit was professional and informative. Unfortunately, your office figured out that my tooth does not need a root canal, but determined what area and tooth is giving me problems and explained it so I could understand what's going on. There was an additional reason I had to contact the office the next day after looking at the receipt that I received for the services from the previous day. That item in question was also taken care of nicely.

Amazing! As a person with a real fear of going to the dentist I was so happy to have found this office for a root canal I needed. They got me in quickly, which was great due to the amount of pain. Dr. Dimond and his assistant were very professional and kind. I especially liked that Dr. Dimond explained the procedure, and then gave me a heads up for each step and how it would feel and sound. I'm grateful for the work!
