The office was so clean and nice upon entry. Char took me as a walk in and she was very warm and friendly. Dr K. was knowledgeable and cared for my well being and smile 10/10

Very friendly environment front office staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was very nervous after switching offices but I'm happy that I changed Dr K was very gentle and answered all my questions. Front office staff Char was very helpful and polite

I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could! Very unprofessional staff who are inconsiderate of people's time, and oral health needs! I made an appointment for a simple routine cleaning. Upon my arrival, I was told to complete a "new patient form". After waiting hours to be seen for a simple cleaning. I was told I was "not in the system", and to go back and wait some more in their boot legged, make-shift waiting area. I was getting frustrated after such medical negligence, and I told the staff I will be leaving. As my needs were not being met, and my time was being wasted. I am a college student, and full time worker certainly having no time for the nonsense. I asked for my "new patient form" and the staff members laughed in my face and made false claims that my forms were destroyed. This establishment seriously needs to be shut down.

My visits at NorthEastern Denistry was a five star experience. The staff always professional and getting appointments easy enough. The dentist in charge was pleasant, answered my questions and asked how I was feeling. Thank you NorthEastern Dentistry.

This office is absolutely ridiculous! They NEVER answer the phone or call you back. They say they are going to do something an NEVER do. And how is it a dentist off but yet the dentist never even looks in your mouth? Don't recommend to anyone at all!

Practice is awesome. Everyone I dealt with were caring, especially the staff member who was such a gentle person x-raying & cleaning. And he would ask me if I was okay. Being fearful of having to go to the dentist, this helped me A LOT. They were able to get approvals quickly so work could be done same day. Incredible!

Great place. Chaz is a good guy qnd helps me out alot. Always calls me back. Im having my dentures done there and everythings seems to moving rite along as he told me.. Thanks guys
