Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Justine knew from a young age that she wanted to work in the dental field. She has been with our team for almost 3 years, and she has 8 years of dental experience. Justine moved back home to Sterling in 2019 and completed her expanded duties program in the fall of 2020.
Arika enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her husband and three children. Their son and twin daughters keep them busy with their sports and activities. On Arikas days off she can be found substitute teaching at Holyoke Elementary.
Lori provides support and guidance in daily operations within the practice. Some of her responsibilities include working with insurance verification, accounts receivable, payroll, and various administrative duties.

This has been one of the best dental experiences of my life! I am so happy to have found NORTHEASTERN DENTAL ASSOCIATES because they take such good care and they're so communicative and friendly and warm. My husband usually hated going to the dentist but not anymore!! The customer attitude here is completely awesome!!!

Dr. Alexa Crete has been my Dentist for the past two months. She has done excellent work and takes extra time to answer all of my questions before, during and after each procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alexa Crete and look forward to having her as my Dentist in the years to come.

I can not say enough great things about this office! We have been going here for years and the staff have always been amazing. So friendly and helpful. We have weathered the changes and I will say I am so happy we did. Dr Patten was such an amazing dentist it was very hard to replace him but Dr Alexa Crete is INCREDIBLE!! My son had to have some cavities filled and was very anxious but she and Justine made the experience so great! Very gentle and kind. She has a passion and love for her patients that really shows.

Northeastern Dental was the only dentist that was willing to take me in as a new patient to fix a chipped tooth immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and it was a very easy-going experience in an extremely stressful time. I am so thankful that they were there when no one else was!

I am so glad that I found the Northeastern Dental Office because I had a most exceptional experience. Usually, for me, going to the dentist always brings upon a dreadful feeling, and I am always afraid to go based from a previously horrible experience. However, I didn't feel that way working with this office. The whole experience from making the appointment to after the extraction was a delight. Getting dental work done is not fun, but when you feel comfortable and have people that truly care it is a completely different experience. When I first made an appointment I was in extreme pain. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, but they did and went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. I was so relieved and grateful for this. The person I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and truly wanted to help me. Besides she was a delight to speak with, much like talking to a friend you haven't talked with in awhile. When I came in for my appointment, all of the staff was super friendly and showed that they cared. The office is very welcoming and homey which is wonderful because I felt comfortable from the first moment I walked into the office. The other thing that I wasn't expecting was the wonderful communication that was given throughout the entire process. I was given the option of two different procedures and it was my choice to decide what would be done. In my previous experience I was never given that opportunity and it was a breathe of fresh air. I chose the lesser of the two evils, though it was not the recommended option, they understood and went on with the selected procedure no questions asked. I highly recommend this dental office! So if you are looking for an office where you are welcomed, enjoy communication, want to feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation, get exceptional dental services done, and want to feel like you have known the staff for years (even though you just met them), this is the place for you!

I had my teeth cleaned on 11/16 and I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and pain free the process was. Morgan did a excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with! She also encouraged me to try different techniques to help my teeth last longer. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and my experience was wonderful. I might even get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year.

Dr Swapp is not only really competent as a dentist, he is also a very caring man who truly wants his patients to have the best outcome possible from their procedures. He has extremely high standards, and his office is organized and efficient. The staff is always helpful and informative, and his patients have all the information they need both prior to and during care. Being a patient here has always been a great experience, and I wouldn't seek dental care anywhere else.

I have found a new dentist! I am new to the area from Houston, TX, and came in because a veneer on my front tooth popped off while chewing gum. Kourtlynn got me all set up and asked whether I needed full service, so that I could switch over to their office as my permanent dentist. I said no, I just needed the tooth fixed... after the more than friendly service, and the amazing job they did securing my veneer (they even filed it so that my bite was better and the tooth was more in line with the rest), I have changed my mind! As soon as I left the office, I called my husband to let him know that we now had a new dentist in Dr. Swapp! Admittedly, I called a different dentist at first. Their answer was that I needed to be seen as a new patient before they could do any work and the earliest they could get me in was April 13 - that was more than two weeks away! Lori, at the front desk, found a spot for me in two days and was super helpful. This was such a great experience... I wonder if there are any services I need so that I can go back again!

Amazing experience at Northeastern Dental Associates! My son had braces put on today and the staff were patient, friendly and efficient. They made sure my son was comfortable and took their time explaining aftercare instructions. We made a good choice!

This is an AWESOME place!!! I have been coming to this dentist office for over 40 years. My dentists have been Dr Patten & Dr Swapp. I am a person who has anxiety going to the dentist but their staff has always been WONDERFUL, cheerful, helpful, and always doing what is best for their patients!! The Serrato's give Northeastern Dental !

What a delight Dr. Lance Swapp and the staff was when I had to have a back tooth cavity filled. Dr. Patten was the only dentist I have gone to for over 40 years. I am pretty nervous about novacain but Dr. Swapp was so calm and patient that it was a breeze. Thank you so much for humoring me and making eating easy again
