First, and most importantly, I want to thank Northeastern for transforming my smile. I was always self conscious about my teeth and now I'm proud to smile. From the start, they thoroughly explained how the treatment would go and patiently answered my barrage of questions throughout the process. Second, this place was so much more affordable than the other quotes I was given. Honestly, I was skeptical about Northeastern because of the low price, but my friend said they were great so I rolled the dice. I'm so happy I did. Third, the office like a well-oiled machine. I'm not sure I ever waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. I don't know why more doctors offices can't run this way. Finally, I just love the people in the office-- they're all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Terri and Dr Nathans, in particular... you're awesome!! I just can't thank Northeastern enough for everything! You guys are the best :)

This location while convenient to my home was very much affordable. I enjoyed visiting the ortho my appointment went smoothly. However, I was appalled by the gossiping dental nurses around me. Not once have I ever visited a location with people commenting or having such an attitude to do there job? Please can we get this reformed? Thank you!

Northeastern braces is nothing short of amazing the staff are very friendly i started my grandsons process in a different orthodontist and after one visit I switched to northeastern and I am very glad i did if anyone ask me i would highly recommend northeastern!!!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Currently treating two of my children and the third likely in a year or two. Had an issue with my eldest child knocking the wire off the braces by eating an apple and Northeastern Braces took her right away to fix the problem. Also very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them.

They have a great customer service line. They also take very good care of your teeth, and make sure you don't feel much pain when doing your braces. Definitely recommend!!!

Best place for braces! The staff is very friendly and professional. My 11 year old has has braces for less than a year here and she is almost done with her treatment, mind you she had 100% overjet. I'm so pleased with how her treatment is going. I'm sure there's no place better than here to get orthodontic treatment !!

I feel so lucky to have found this office. My daughter was extremely nervous to get braces, but everyone made her feel so comfortable and now she loves going! Her treatment was complicated, but Dr Nathans took the time to explain everything to me and that really put me at ease. She has already made incredible progress and I'm so grateful. Thank you Northeastern!!

This Blonde old, cranky orthotic gave my sons and I a terrible attitude. We paid over 4k to get braces for us to be treated like garbage. Go fix your staff. It's pathetic.

Absolutely amazing, so kind and gentle with my daughter! Made her feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything step by step to myself and to her! She's 10 years old and was terrified but left there with the biggest smile!! I wish I could leave 20 stars!!!!
