Dr. Condry was raised in the Washington, DC, metro area. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD, he attended the University of Maryland Dental School. While there, he received many accolades and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a perfect average. He was then granted advanced standing at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and graduated (earning clinical honors) obtaining his M.D. He then completed an internship in general surgery and then a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During this time, he developed an interest in facial cosmetic surgery and decided to pursue fellowship training in cosmetic surgery. He was offered a coveted fellowship position through the Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. In this fellowship, he was cross trained by maxillofacial, cosmetic, general plastic, and oculoplastic surgeons.
He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Board of Medical Examiners, and the American Board of Dental Anesthesiology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He has been practicing surgery in this area for 15 years and currently has offices in Saratoga Springs, NY, and Queensbury, NY. Dr. Condry practices and enjoys all aspects of the specialty and takes pride in giving all he has to his patients and their families.
Prior to pursuing a career in surgery Dr. Condry played piano and keyboards professionally for many years. He is the proud father of two boys. When not in the office, he enjoys playing music, reading, exercising, and traveling.
Dr. Timothy Kelling is originally from Wisconsin. It was there that Dr. Kelling completed his undergraduate and graduate studies for dental school. He attended the Marquette University School of dentistry and earned the Alpha Omega award for the highest academic achievement in his class.
From there, he was accepted into the University of Connecticuts rigorous dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program. At the University of Connecticut, he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency, earned his M.D., and also completed a one-year general surgical internship.
With his formal education complete in 2000, he ultimately started an oral and maxillofacial practice in Glens Falls in 2003, with his friend and colleague, Dr. Condry. In 2005 they expanded the practice to include an office in Saratoga Springs.
Dr. Kelling is the past president of New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (NYSSOMS) and currently serves as a New York State delegate to the national organization American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AAOMS). He lectures locally and is a member of two local study clubs aimed at improving patient care by collaborating with his dental colleagues. He has lectured nationally on anesthesia-related topics regarding patient safety. Dr. Kelling is published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery regarding the topic of outpatient office based accreditation providing outpatient anesthesia. He is proud to have both offices accredited by AAAASF ensuring an environment focused on safe outpatient surgical and anesthetic practices.
Dr. Kelling is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon proficient in all aspects of oral surgery. He is a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesia (NDBA). Dr. Kelling is also a member of the Oral and Maxillofacial Foundation (OMSF), a foundation with the goal of promoting research initiatives providing an evidence-based rationale for the treatment of patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
When Dr. Kelling is not working, he enjoys the four-season outdoor activities that upstate NY has to offer. He is married with three small children, a son and twin girls; they reside in Saratoga Springs.
Dr. Brian R. Carkner was born and raised in Saratoga Springs. He attended Stony Brook University for his undergraduate studies, graduating with honors. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he was ranked number one in his class and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society in 2012.
Dr. Carkner was accepted into the Northwell Health Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program, a six-year residency where Dr. Carkner also obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. As part of his training, he completed a one-year general surgery internship at a Level 1 trauma center and served as the chief resident of oral and maxillofacial surgery for his final year.
Following the completion of his training, Dr. Carkner returned to Saratoga Springs, and having known Dr. Kelling and Dr. Condry for many years was thrilled to join Northeast Surgical Specialists, a practice that he has always admired.
Dr. Carkner is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is proficient in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery and taking a special interest in dental implant surgery, dentoalveolar surgery and orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery). He prides himself on giving each patient the time and quality of care they deserve.
Dr. Carkner is married and when he is not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He looks forward to meeting you and taking care of all of your oral and maxillofacial surgical needs.
