Staff was friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful since the recent renovation. The equipment seems to be state of the art. The digital x-ray machine was really cool and definitely beats traditional x-ray equipment!

The whole experience was awesome from the front desk where they check you in to the time you leave the dental procedure chair. I was nervous about seeing someone new after only seeing Dr.Joachim for over 30 years but this place made me feel so welcomed, relaxed, and cared for. Everyone at this practice was so kind and the dentist was wonderful. If your looking for a dentist who is genuinely kind and caring about your dental health and so gentle this is the place for you, I know I don't need to look any further.

As a long time patient of the late Dr. Richard Joachim, I was greatly appreciative of the new attending dentist, Dr. Wadhwa, who did with efficiency and expertise, an involved restorative procedure for me. His assistants, Michael and Ashley, were both knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and made my visits to the office a pleasant and assuring process. Would recommend with full confidence. Thanks to all.

Called talked to Daisy and explained my mother is coming to get 2 teeth checked the filling fell out on Thursday, explained my mother gets paid from VA care to pay for dental services but we need dental office to send bill to VA care and they will pay immediately for mother's services. Daisy was not interested in helping to get the bill sent to VA Care so bill could be paid. Daisy said she expected payment since services were being rendered. Explained she will get payment from VA Care then she said she had to have their information so they could verify information which was ok I told her I would give in the morning. Daisy then said we had to pay the bill and when Northeast dental received the money they would refund us, explained VA Care does not do that it is against their policy, they get the bill and pay the merchant. Daisy became very rude and loud I asked for owners number to discuss further said lady just left and said this is insurance and they don't deal with them. Told her I will take our business some where else. VA Care is to help the elderly to pay for dental and vision and other services including Care Givers. Daisy does not know how to work with the public. It is sad to have a business that does not care about the patient it's all about money.

All my life I've been anxious when going to the dentist. At 74yo, I found a dentist home that really felt like home. From the moment that I walked in, I felt so welcome, at ease and no anxiety. The staff from the receptionist to the dental assistant and doctor were so exceptionally, friendly, warm and kind. Thank you Ashley for the friendly, kind warm greetings each time I came. You made me feel so special as did Dr wadwa. The atmosphere was so pleasant and friendly and caring. I could just have stayed there all day. As far as, I'm concern you all are tops on my list. I do not have to look any furter, i will be a patient forever. I think you all are awesome I me feel so special

I was in extreme pain for days and was in need of dental care! Dr Wadhwa and his staff were awesome and attended to my needs so gently and were excellent listeners, his assistants Ashley and Micheal were very helpful!! I would definitely recommend coming to Northeast Roanoke dentistry for your dental care!! This office rocks!!

Warm, caring, competent, eager to be assured everything is comfortable and functioning as expected. From the reception to walking out of the door, it is as great an experience as a dentist visit can be. 9/1 Another great visit with Dr. Wadhwa, Ashley, Michael and Tammy. Couldn't ask for better attention and service!

Everyone was so warm and gracious in taking care of my mother (Ann). It began with Tammy at the reception desk, then Michael (dental assistant) and then Dr. Wadhwa. Dr. Wadhwa was very thorough and caring and he explained everything so we could understand. Also, we appreciate Ashley and Tammy's assistance while checking out. They were kind and had a smile on their faces while making additional appointments. Thank you to everyone mentioned for your kindness, compassion, and professionaism in working with my mother. We will definitely be returning.

The staff and the doctor was very good and very friendly especially Michael he was very attentive even called and checked on on May when I was how I was doing even the doctor was very good the whole stuff is very friendly and like family.... When I went back for my checked UPS the doctor was very good and very attentive and asking me how I was doing they even called and text me for reminders the whole staff is very friendly and good I will go back to them again

I took my 93 year old dad to get his teeth fixed after his bridge fell out. He's hard of hearing and forgets to wear his hearing aid. They were so patient and kind! They answered his questions repeatedly without any hint of a tone. They spoke clearly, and in such a way that he was able to understand. I can't say enough about how kind and wonderful Michael and Daisy were. When I need a dentist, this will be where I go. Top notch.

Highly recommend this practice, but more so for Dr. Wahwah. He is knowledgeable and patient friendly. He took the time to provide me the education and answer all my questions. This is a gold star dentist, and rare in the roanoke community to find.
