Dr. Stratmann has been involved in the dental community since 1982. She and her husband are the proud parents of 13 yr old boy/girl twins. When not practicing pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, she is involved with her childrens school and sports activities. She likes to be a 'hands on mom' when it comes to academics and sports. She also enjoys the arts including musical theater and the ballet. Working out and skiing with her family are some of her passions.
Dr. Robin Stratmann received her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1978 and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Texas Dental Branch Houston in 1982. After several years practicing general dentistry, she returned to school and received her post graduate certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 1987. Dr. Stratmann is currently board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and promotes the highest standards of the dental specialty. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Stratmann has served as a clinical assistant professor in the graduate program of pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Dental Branch (UTDB). Dr. Stratmann holds courtesy staff privileges at Texas Children's Hospital, Herman Hospital and Northeast Medical Center and has been recognized in Texas Monthly magazine as determined by her peers and colleagues as one of the Best Dentists in America in 2005 and 2006.
Dr. Stratmann received a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch Houston in 2001. In her capacity as a clinical assistant professor at UTDB in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Stratmann was instrumental in developing the clinical orthodontic training material in the areas of early growth and development and interceptive orthodontics. These two areas of orthodontic sub-specialization are keen areas of interest to Dr. Stratmann and are best applied in her pediatric office environment. She is board certified as a Diplomate by the American Board of Orthodontics and is a member of both the American Association and Southwest Society of Orthodontics. Dr. Stratmann's dual board certification makes her uniquely qualified to meet the needs of your children and teens.
The staff of Northeast Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is well trained to care for your children in our patient-centered environment. Dr. Stratmann is very proud of her staff who have been with the practices for many, many years. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Let me start out by saying me and my 2 siblings grew up only seeing DR. Stratmann from the time we were little up till we were 18 when they were located on 1960 in humble. It was natural we i had a child of my own he went to Dr stratmann as well. My child went every 6 months for a check up and showed to be fine. Magically one appt the staff advised my son had 3 cavity's in his permanent teeth. Weird due to the last check up 6 months prior he was fine, on top of him taking care of teeth. I found it strange and decided to take my son to get a second opinion by two other dentist. Come to find out two other dentist advised there was not a single cavity. My son has never been back since. Stay far away and if they say work is needed i would recommend getting a second opinion. Now me and my siblings wonder how much dental work we received was really needed.

Northeast Pediatric Dentistry has to be the most amazing places I've been! From the front desk, to the assistants, to the hygienist, to the dentist. Everyone was so warm , funny, amazing & so welcoming!!! And they definitely made my daughters 1st pediatric dental check up amazing! She definitely liked them! Not many places I go to, I get such top notch customer service. We were not rushed & got our questions answered & they're very informative. And I also LOVED when the hygienist sang her own version of the wheels on the bus. We were literally cracking up! Definitely found our pediatric dental office! Great job guys! Yall are amazing!

Very friendly staff! My son top teeth are straighter then his bottom but that's all my son fault. He didn't comply with what the dentist told him and he lost his bottom appliance 3 times. Which mean I had to pay for it 3 times. By the 4th one the dentist and I concluded that we will wait until he is older for his bottom teeth. Overall great experience

Dr.Harris was very professional and informative. The excellent experience started from the front desk to making my next appointment for my daughter. Everyone in the office is very sweet. And I really appreciate it. Oh! One more thing, the whole office is very clean and I really like that!

We were referred to this dentist from our family dentist. They were very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining things to myself and my son. They were very calm when he was not. All in all it was a fantastic experience and when we left my son asked if he can go to that dentist from now on. He did have a tooth removed, a new filling put in, and a crown. (8 years old)

We have been to three other dentists since moving to Texas seven years ago. Nightmares. I believe we have found our forever dental home. We have an autistic daughter and they were phenomenal with her and our picky teens ! The communication, friendly, down to earth staff and Dr . Harris were Amazing!!

I couldn't be more impressed with a dental facility. It was our son's first appointment, and they went above and beyond to make both him comfortable and sincerely made him actually enjoy the process. He actually asked when he can go back upon leaving. The facility was extremely clean, organized, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the medical care we received was unparalleled. I couldn't recommend them more.

Awesome dentist! Awesome staff! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The office is very diligent with Covid protocols. The dentist thoroughly explained any concerns, and the hygenist gave us helpful suggestions. I would whole-headtedly recommend!

Dr. Harris is super nice, they always make sure to let the parents know what is happening and make sure to let us know all possibilities before the procedure. Lynn is so nice and willing to work with you. Both my kids love going to the dentist.

I must say I was extremely pleased with my sons 1st visit. All of the staff was friendly and nice to my son & myself. The staff made my 8 year old feel comfortable with them even when he got a little afraid the staff was able to calm him & explained what they were doing so he could understand. They also explained my sons treatment plan and answered any questions I had. The best 1st dentist experience we have had in my son life.

My son is always treated very well, kind. Dr.Harris and their assistants always take their time and never show frustration when my son becomes angry or does not corporate well. My son got his tongue revision done here when he turned 1 years old, I was not able to go in the back with him, but I could tell they treated him very well and made sure he was safe.

NE Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics has been and remains to be a God send to our family. My stepson was in bad shape when my husband & I first went to see them. Their kind staff took him under their loving wings and nurtured him into a kid that enjoys going to the dentist now. The staff is a blessing to the families they help and I would recommend them to everyone. Sadly, customer service isn't something a lot of places provide these days, however NE Pediatric Dentistry provides some of the best customer service I have every received. Lynn, their office manager goes above and beyond to assist with families & their unique needs and concerns. I love them for all they do for my son! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I had a hard time finding a new dentist for my kids after the last one just shut down with no heads up and then COVID hit and I had been researching and researching and found Northeast Pediatric Dentist and decided to give them a call and I am so glad I did! It's been nothing but courteousness from making the appointments, to the assistants, to seeing the dentist! We see Dr. Harris and he is so nice and explains everything!! Dr. Stratmann is also very friendly!!
