We truly believe in furthering our education so that we can learn all we can. This not only benefits us but also helps our patients. We use this knowledge to give you the most up-to-date treatments so that you can have a smile that you are proud to show off.

We are proud to offer many different technologies so that you can get straight teeth in a way that works for you. We would be glad to go over all of your options so that together we can make the right decision for you and your mouth.

We also know how scary it can be to go to the dentist and orthodontist. Many people fear coming in, so we do everything that we can to provide a calm and comfortable environment. Our staff is great at what they do. They are here to discuss any of your concerns and put you at ease.

There is also nothing worse than feeling like you are not able to discuss your teeth with your orthodontist. We dont want you to feel that way, so we are all here to help answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly you think they are. We can assure you that we have heard most of them already!

Our family's experience with Northeast Orthodontics has been outstanding! Her fees are fair and budget friendly. The office staff are warm, friendly, responsive, and very well organized. Dr. Allwood is a consummate professional. She and her staff explain everything to my child in a way that has made him take more responsibility regarding his orthodontic treatment, including improved flossing and brushing! The experience has been phenomenal.

This place only cares about taking on patients who have insurance companies who pay the highest rate!! They don't care about their patients. They are a meat market. Very disappointed!!

First time here and the office is clean and has wall dividers which are nicer than other places. The orthodontist seems to know what treatment needed to be done for my daughter. Fully Recommend!

Clean, modern office, friendly staff and excellent service from Dr. Allwood. She took the time to explain exactly what was needed.

I love the clean and comfortable waiting room and the patient waiting room seems comfy too. From the juice water cooler to the coffee/ tea /cocoa made available and free a d Wifi provided it is a relaxed yet professional workplace and it's very interactive. Kids come in and sign themselves in. They have the latest tech and have interactive activities for the kiddies. The women behind the desk work hard to help with paperwork issues (they find a way and make it work) and they are patient about questions and concerns in regards to oral care and payment options. I had issues with my insurance claim and those dedicated ladies of NE Orth jumped in to save the day. Walked us through the process and even called the insurance company to follow up! It's right across from the Colonie Mall so I don't have to stick around and hold my teenager's hand, they call me when she's ready for pickup or have questions/ concerns in regard to her care. Con: parking is at a premium and it's hard to make that left turn in the afternoon and evening rush off I-87. I don't know about the Clifton Park office but the Albany office is great.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to speak to Carol who I initially had my consult to go over financial billing and I was told she was busy by office staff Carrie. She told me she could help me in which she didn't when I asked to please speak to Carol she stated I wouldn't be helped by Carol anyway with the same question I had. I told her okay but I would like to speak to her or leave a message for a call back. She said I wouldn't get a call back. I don't think these office staff realize they are getting paid by patients/ customers money. She was very rude and snotty on the phone I said okay I will not be doing business with the office in which she had the nerve to say when I am ready to call back for treatment they will be happy to help me. I specifically said no business! The doctor and Carol was very nice at my visit but if this is how office staff acts now before service is started I can only imagine how it would be then. No business is bad business in which I will happily go elsewhere.

My granddaughter was all set to get a expander in her mouth and dentist heard she was moving to Florida and would not put device in her mouth. She could have been monitored by another orthodontist after moving but because her pockets were not getting lined she refused to put device in. Rude and not child friendly place

I had a great experience. They have a great environment, the staff is very nice and they tell you everything they are about to do and also are very kind about it. They also put my name on the "welcome" board because I was a new guest.

Loved the orthodontist who worked on my teeth but unfortunately the women working at the desk are very unprofessional. The worst is that you must wait minimum 4 weeks for a basic appointment and dental emergencies are put off to the side :( the office has a problem with taking in too many patients.
