Would not recommend! I cannot get over the unprofessionalism and rudeness. Looks like they have a trend with their other reviews as well. I was referred by my dentist for a tooth extraction for my daughter and had an appointment setup when I left my dentist office. They called right away to reschedule for a later time. I called back and explained my schedule and my daughter would be in school since they moved the time, the lady I spoke with said I could just fill out the paperwork online and come a half hour later instead. I submitted my paperwork online and show up and another lady told me, I'm late and have to reschedule. She was not helpful and was rude. My job is important as well and is demanding and wasted a whole hour for nothing. I will not go back and found another place right away! The service is important ot me and if I have to fight to just make an appointment, it's not even worth it.

Wisdom: Zero complications despite a good amount of drilling, no extra pain or bleeding. Shannon is impressive.

My 88 year old Father called to make an appointment and how he was treated is appalling. He was asked questions and when he was trying to respond the woman, who I believe said her name was Tammy kept cutting him off and responding like she had no patience to spare! He hung up and was so confused because he just needs to get an appointment. I called back and also tried to make his appointment, again same woman answered and was anything but helpful. Except this time after I told her he needs an appointment she said "what's his insurance" then before I was done even saying the name she was already interrupting me saying unless I have all that information with me she can't make the appointment. What kind of customer service is this? An 88 year old man who has been a long time customer there is treated like this? He's a veteran, and has constant appointments and he has never been treated like this. It is in very poor taste to work with that demographic and not even give them the chance to speak and to demand insurance insurance insurance. We obviously know nothing in life is free, and have no problem providing insurance information but this was ridiculous. I did not have his card, but he knows his numbers by heart and she still told me to call back because she needed all the information front and back of the card. At that point I called his dentist and requested to be sent somewhere else. That process was effortless. This was the most ridiculous process to make an appointment that we had to pay for !!! I've called and asked for the manager and have been told she will call me back but I've yet to hear from a single soul.

i had two teeth extracted at this practice, it was a horrific experience start to finish. after having my appointment rescheduled 3 separate times already. the practice called me on the day of my surgery telling me it needed to be moved up by 2 hours. i had to wait for an hour before the surgery even started. i've developed numerous complications since the surgery. Dr Shannon is inattentive and dismissive. The Dr Shannon you get for your consultation is not the doctor who performs your surgery. the practice itself is different after you've paid them, they don't need to treat you respectfully afterwords. Anyone thinking of going to this practice, RUN FAR RUN FAST

Visited on multiple occasions to try and get my TMJ issues sorted out. The doctors insisted on continued use of my night guard even though it hadn't been working for a year. My TMJ issues got so bad I was getting lock jaw, the pain was unbearable at times. I got not resolution and felt helpless. Finally saw an oral surgeon at a different practice who surgically stitched my TMJ disc back into place in a 45 min surgery. Changed my life and haven't had any issues since. No more pain, no more night guard, no more lock jaw.

Awful experience with Dr. Shannon. I got my wisdom teeth out with this doctor. I was originally supposed to have Dr. Hunter, but they switched the doctor was switch about 5 minutes before the surgery, so I had never met him and did not have the flexibility in my schedule to reschedule. He came running in and was rushing everywhere and everything he was doing. He did not introduce himself or ask me how I was. I was just another number to him. He stuck me with the IV right away without explaining anything. He stuck the IV into my vein because he was in such a hurry so I started bleeding. He then tried to do the IV through my hand. When he finally got it, he was taping the IV down so aggressively that it was moving in my hand and it was extremely uncomfortable. I winced a little and he looked at me and said "what?" After the surgery was over he came rushing in again and asked the person picking me up if the nurse told him everything and then left in a hurry again without further explanation. He is NOT personable at all and I did NOT feel comfortable having the surgery done with him. I would never recommend him.

I have never been brought into the office at the time of my appointment. Usually it is more than an hour late. This also happened with my son when he was scheduled to have his wisdom teeth extracted The medical/surgical care is of the highest caliber. Time management and communication with patients needs much improvement

This is a scam place. DON'T COME!! They will first provide you with a scam quote to trick you to take the surgery. The actual bill is at least 300% of the "estimation" and in fact they didn't even bother to contact the insurance company in the first place - they just used a scam quote instead. Besides, one of the receptionists is extremely unprofessional. She will verbally confront and even insult you for no reason, even for simple facts.

I have been a patient of Dr Hunter's for many years. Dr Hunter and the office are very professional always, kind and reassuringly helpful. The office is always clean and orderly and at my most recent visit even with all the restrictions on the office with Covid, they were thorough and professional. Dr Hunter is an amazing oral surgeon - very skilled and also very kind. Jeanne FitzPatrick Andover, MA

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This office is the most frustrating and unprofessional place I have ever had the unpleasantry of working with!!! My son's appointments were CONSTANTLY CANCELED and rescheduled WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE. It wasn't until I received text messages telling me my appointment was changed that I was made aware of said changes . No courtesy call!! Lucky I signed up for text alerts!? His last appointment, staff tried to turn him away for arriving 20+ minutes late to an appointment that they had changed to a later time. He was actually 15 minutes early because they rescheduled his 11:10 appointment to 11:50 and my arrival time was 11:35. The text alert was shown to staff so they could back off as they were proved to be the ones in the wrong! Without this proof we would have been turned away. Lucky for those text alerts!? Then to put the cherry on top, he was left waiting for OVER AN HOUR for an oral surgery that required him to not eat because they took another "emergency" patient in but the office never bothered to inform us of the wait. It wasn't until my father called that he was informed and also advised that it would still be another 15 minutes. Then they canceled the appointment based off the comment that my father needed to check his schedule to see if he was able to wait any longer, because he like many WORKING ADULTS, took few hours off of work and didn't want to double book himself. They refused to see my son because they canceled the appointment and insisted that they were not able to do anything about it because the surgical room was broken down and prepped for the next person. Maybe if our last name was less Latino or our skin less dark, we would have been treated with respect and courtesy! Maybe then the proper information would have been communicated to us.

Very unprofessional, had me waiting for an hour outside. I called to check in and they said they would call me to enter soon. I called after waiting an hour and they stayed that they took someone on an emergency basis; did not have the courtesy to call me or tell me when I checked in. I wish that I could have given them a 0.
