I highly recommend Northeast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The staff is pleasant and welcoming from the office to the medical staff. I had 3 wisdom teeth painlessly extracted with very little pain afterwards despite my bottom molars being very impacted. About 2 months after I caught a infection, but was immediately seen by Dr. Marianne Cifelli on a Monday morning as a walk in. I'm pretty sure that i push her schedule behind but that didn't matter to her. Her concern was my health which I greatly appreciate! With their care, I quickly recovered from my infection.

I had a wonderful experience with with all the staff! Everyone was so kind! My appointments for wisdom teeth removal were quickly scheduled, and Dr Robert took plenty of time to explain the procedure. He made sure to have clear x-rays and 3d scans, and also made sure to ask me for my preferences and answered all of my questions. Overall, he was very kind, patient, and personable. The procedure to remove all of my wisdom teeth took a little over an hour, and I didn't feel a thing! I was given clear post-op instructions along with my prescriptions. I highly recommend this oral surgery office for any oral surgery needs!

I am the patient of this dental clinic, I have insurance charged by this clinic for the implant. I did a teeth implant 2 year ago and it is failed and they lack of method to solve this problem. I asked second dentist opinion, it may caused by material issue. I am strongly not recommend this clinic.

Very pleasant, procedure was explained to me thoroughly, and all questions answered. Staff is super friendly, would definitively return/recommend.

I would not even give 1 star for this office. I had a toothache and my dentist was closed during quarrantine so he referred me to this office. Once the Dr. saw me, he advised there was nothing he can do and i needed a root canal. Surprise he does not do root canals. i was there for 10 mins in his chair for that answer. At the end, i was charged $175 for this appointment. Crooks! Taking advantage of people during the pandemic. My dentist was not pleased with this at all. The least you can do is warn patients coming in that a consultation is $175. How dare you do that. In addition, they had the nerve to send me another bill for $12! Be embarrassed that your office did this. Do not go, find another surgeon you will be better off. Disgusting.

Excellent service. Had my lower wisdom teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing. The doctor spoke to me throughout the entire process as to what he was doing. Highly recommended.

I never wrote a review on google but since my experience was so good and memorable that I had to make sure it didn't go unnoticed. I just got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week by Dr. Szumita and am so happy how everything turned out. As an anxious person, I hate the thought of going to the dentist, yet alone, getting surgery. But after my experience, I feel a lot more comfortable of the idea. Dr. Szumita is an incredible oral surgeon. Just by the way he washes his hands to the way he takes his time to listen to your concerns. Can't thank your office enough!

I just got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week by Dr. Szumita and am so happy how everything turned out. As an anxious person, I hate the thought of going to the dentist, yet alone, getting surgery. But after my experience, I feel a lot more comfortable of the idea. Dr. Szumita is an incredible oral surgeon. Just by the way he washes his hands to the way he takes his time to listen to your concerns. Can't thank your office enough!

There was no pain during the procedure it went extremely well. office went nice and everybody was a pleasure to deal with. Today is the third day after and I still feel excellent they did a wonderful job the best I've had done yet. I would highly recommend them!!!

This place was fabulous and so was the staff.i was very nervous ( as anyone poking around my mouth is not one of my favorite things) ok I walked in the receptionist already had the referral.i presented my state ID and coverage ,sat down while still nervous, finally got called in at10:55 an x-ray , panoramic view was taken and then I was seated in the chair I was given novacaine and then the Dr walked in she was very careful and didn't rush she numbed me up so much that all I felt was the pressure in 10 minutes flat my tooth was out .she asked me if I wanted to watch TV I said I d rather listen to music she asked me what kind of music I liked ,told her that I was a fan of the 4 seasons and Frankie Valli was my favorite .singer.before I knew it I was done.I highly recommend if anyone needs an oral surgeon go here they are very professional proficient and caring .I would come here again for another extraction ( not that I want anymore teeth pulled ) because these professionals care.also a very clean establishment.you won't be disappointed.and they say women doctors are the worst well I'm telling you Marianne was wonderful

I came in today to get an extraction. When I initially made the appointment they told me that with my health insurance the copay would be between $50-$70 and I came in expecting to pay that amount today. When I get there and show the doctor the tooth I wanted to get pulled she told me how I shouldn't and how we should explore other options as far as meeting with a orthodontist first then seeing about getting the tooth pulled later. So I thought that I could just leave afterwards until I found out how they just conned me out of my money. Keep in mind I came in for an extraction and not once did they ever say a word about a consultation and what it would cost. So as I'm talking to the billing lady she tells me that basically now I have to pay $175 because of my consultation. How is it that your doctor persuades me on why I shouldn't get this tooth pulled and I end up agreeing with her on maybe I shouldn't and now I end up paying $175 DOLLARS for a consultation? They could've told me this information over the phone before I came in and I wouldn't have came period! This is a prime example of why you should always ask questions and don't be afraid to either. This place will never get another penny from me! I can guarantee you that. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!
