The Ob department has HORRIBLE customer service!!! I feel they need to tighten up. First off there is no way the receptionist in that department is demanding me to sit instead of asking and the actual doctor DOES NOT know how to talk to people. It's never what you say it's how you say things and they definitely skipped that part in life.

This place takes absolutely too long to check you in and to be seen ,,also they can't. service everyone takes lunch breaks at the same time..

Went for a dental appointment Dr Kittrell was wonderful, she educated me on my dental health and had great manners. I will definitely be returning!!

The nurse at the pediatric is a shame on humanity. She was so rude. I never saw anyone that rude in my life. Pediatric doctor and the registration lady were very nice.

I come to the clinic primarily for dental care. DDS Kitrell is warm spirited & has an exemplary chair-side manner. In addition, her assistant Lois, is an absolute gem, naturally down to earth/professional. The scheduler-Ms. Carter, presents genuine continuously; and the front office staff have always along w/security; made me feel welcome.

For this to be a low-income clinic, its awesome. The staff is polite, helpful and caring. I go here for dental only though but I'm sure the other departments are just as nice.

I was there for my blood pressure which was high. Instead of the lady doctor there giving me my prescription like usually she brushed me off like she didn't care. And told me to go to the er and follow up when I get documents from er. I will never go back there again the doctors don't care.

I was meant to travel overseas on a Friday and needed to take the Covid - 19 test within a certain period of time before then to keep my test results accurate. The Lab knew of the urgency of my situation but did not really care. Instead i was told all sorts of lies and fibs> except for a lab tech who showed some type of remorse. The director of the lab could care less. She had me wait for almost an hour and half on Friday only to tell me that my results were still pending. In summary, I had to reschedule my flight which cost a but over $300 obliviously I don't expect any reimbursement from a medical facility that cant even tell their patients the truth. So for anyone looking to take their covid - 19 test especially when traveling via air. DO NO GO TO NEON medical health facility! . I was not the only patient to experience this while I was frantically awaiting my results
