I had a negative experience getting my upper wisdom teeth pulled. I was treated by Dr. Miller, and I was unhappy with his lack of professionalism and odd sense of humor. He was also particularly rough while in the midst of operating, and did absolutely nothing to help calm my nerves in an evidently nerve racking procedure. I had a couple of follow up questions afterward, and he scoffed at them, making it seem like I was asking stupid questions. Overall, I was not impressed and would recommend going elsewhere.

My dentist recommended I get my wisdom teeth removed here, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Valenti was informative and extremely pleasant, as were his staff. Very polite and helpful all around. Also did a fantastic job, no lasting pain, my sockets healed quickly with no issues. I would recommend Dr. Valenti to friends and family 100%

Zero stars, zero trust. My experience with this office was the worst healthcare encounter of my life. My confidence in the dentist - who was professional and a good communicator during my consultation, was completely undermined by the front desk staff. There was a miscommunication about my plan of care within their office. On two different occasions, prior to my appointment for the planned procedure, I attempted to clarify but was talked over each time. The second attempt actually ended with the front desk person simply hanging up on me when I insisted they had me scheduled for the wrong procedure. I later received an apologetic phone call from the provider (who confirmed I was right and acknowledged there'd been a misunderstanding on the part of the front desk staff). I declined to move forward with this office and encourage others to rethink their decision to obtain services here as well. A patient's plan of care, especially in any kind of surgery, should be crystal clear to all involved. Effective communication should be a high priority. Trust should be a high priority. Respect for patients should be a high priority. I feel it's important to let others know that my encounters with this office were the exact opposite. And to add insult to injury, the front desk staff continue to hold my CT scan hostage. Two weeks after my initial request to have it sent to me, I still haven't received it. I called to ask if it was ever sent and was told the request was never made. When I inquired when I could expect it, I was told "don't call us, we'll call you". Folks, find another oral surgery office.

I had to get all four wisdom teeth removed and was pretty nervous as I've never had anesthesia before. Dr. Valenti and all the staff/nurses made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the way. My procedure was quick and Dr. Valenti called me a few hours later to check in. Everything is healing up beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Had an initial appointment in November. Doctor was nice. Then we never heard from anyone to get scheduled for 3 wisdom teeth to be pulled after a month. We called and they told us that person wasn't in to schedule us, we needed to call the next day. Called the next day and she tells us he is backed up and we can't get scheduled yet. Another month goes by we call them again same answer. We tried calling 10 times and we are getting no appointments. The one time they said he had an opening end of February, they would call me the next day. Again no phone call back and when I called they said they had no record of any openings? I don't understand how an office can be staffed with no one that will schedule an appointment. Now I need to find someone else, after I used up our dental insurance on the consultation. Now the next consultation I will need to pay for out of pocket. Awful patient service.

They are all friendly from the lady behind the desk, assistants, hygienists, and dentists! I got my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone made me feel comfortable and they are knowledgeable and take the time to explain to you everything that they do. Thanks everyone!!!

My experience here has been by far the best I've ever had at an oral surgeon ever. The dental assistants kelly and Ashley were extremely kind and dr Valenti was quite a master of his craft, I was in the chair at most 10 mins 6 of it being warm conversation of my interests. The other 4 actually dental work that was done before I knew it. Just an overall welcoming and comforting office and will continue to go, and recommend others to their practice. A well deserved 5 stars

Dr. Valenti and the staff were most caring and helpful when I fell and broke my tooth. The office staff was able to get me in right away. The Dr. and his assistants did a thorough exam in a caring, calm and professional but personal way. They were very compassionate The care they took about my mouth and their concern about my whole well-being was just what I needed. Thank you so much.

DR VALENTI WAS SO GREAT WITH GIANNA MY DAUGHTER WHO IS ONLY 11 YEARS OLD.. SHE HAD TO GET 3 WISDOM TEETH REMOVED FOR ORAL SURGERY ..DR VALENTI AND HIS STAFF WHERE FANTASTIC..HES VERY CARING AND AWESOME TO TALK TO AND EXPLAINED THINGS CAREFULLY. HE HAS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CHECK ON HER AND FOLLOW UP. VERY HAPPY WITH DR VALENTI AND HIS TEAM. I BELIEVE HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE FOR HIS PATIENTS...THANK YOU SO MUCH

I had a upper wisdom tooth removed. The tooth was killing me.they were all very professional,very nice, it's wasn't too uncomfortable. I would recommend northeast implant and oral surgery. To friends and family. Charles Kay

During Covid-19 finding an oral surgeon to take on the risk, proved to be a challenge. I'm glad I found this practice. The staff was courteous, professional and caring. In these challenging times these folks have been committed in treating emergency cases and deserve our gratitude.

So thankful to Dr. Ed Miller and the Team; I was in a lot of pain and they saw me that same morning as well as managed the issue with the utmost empathy, professionalism, and humor!! Thank you team, I am grateful for your talent and wonderful bedside manner!!

I called to enquire about a wisdom tooth extraction, the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. It made me rethink going to this office for my dental needs.
