Dr. Miller is an extraordinary oral surgeon. No one likes oral surgery. IF you have to have an extraction or surgery, Dr. Miller is the one to see. I highly recommend him.

This office is very nice great Doctors. I've been treated by Dr .Daisy Lee. She is amazing very knowledgeable and kind. My father had his tooth extracted by Dr.Miller very very nice man and is very through and cares about his patients and no pain with him. The office Manger Claudina is the best she is wonderful and wears many hats. She works i the Hartsdale location. I hope the doctors of this business are very aware of her presence. She helps out everyone and is very patient. She is wonderful !!!!! Thank you to her always .

My son went there for a consultation and came out of there with a big smile. My wife and him were very happy the way they got treated by the staff and the Doctor. Waiting for next appointment to pull some teeth out. Thanks. Definitely going to recommend to my family.

Dr. Julia Abend DDS is THE BEST DOCTOR!! I had a teeth extraction back in November 2019 and later, in March, I had implant surgery. I received so much information during my consultations with Julia Abend, which made preparation time and post-surgery recovery period much easier for me. I am very happy with the results. The bottom line is - this office is incredibly professional, kind, and informative and oral surgeon Julia Abend is the best doctor that I met in my life. There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it! Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Miller was hands down the greatest I have ever had with any Oral Surgeon. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. I would refer this office to anyone seeking a smooth experience in such a bad time. GREAT SURGEON, PEOPLE PERSON, JUST A STAND UP GUY OVERALL !!!!

I do not recommend taking your dental matters to this place! I chose this office because they were referred to me by my insurance company. I went on a consult for me and my son; I emphasized that I was in pain and my son could get infected if he did not have a tooth extracted. Initially the staff at the front desk were polite however as time progressed they did not get back to me on the status of my authorization; up until now, over two months! At one point I called and the rep that answered the phone asked me if I received Medicaid; although I said no, I then understood the reason for the rude behavior. In this day and age it is sad to see profiling of any sort. I was constantly told that they had submitted the paperwork for authorization although upon calling the insurance company directly, several times and even getting the insurance company to call them directly to assist in submitting the paperwork, I was told that nothing was submitted. This was confirmed with my last call to the office as the rep who answered said paperwork was not submitted. During this time the rep that handle insurance stopped taking my calls. I then received a letter saying they no longer would be accepting my insurance after October; in theory however I am still technically waiting for this authorization as we are not yet in October and based on our last conversation they have submitted all paperwork more than once; all of this is a lie! This company lacks empathy or integrity. I went to two separate locations for the consultations wasting my time and energy. Ironically it was my intention to have my implant done at this company whereas I would have paid full rate but it appears money, and the perception of money, is more important to them than professional empathetic and highly moraled behavior.

I spoke to Kelly when I made the appointment about a week and a half prior and was told they are in network and I would just be responsible for my copay. Then I called my insurance the day of the consultation and they spoke to Noamy and confirmed the tax id that the insurance had was in network provider. I got to the Hartsdale office and Noamy wanted to charge me the full consultation of $200. Then I got my insurance on the line when I was there and they told her that I only need to pay for my copay. Noamy was okay with that only after my insurance explained the same exact thing I stated. Then I was told to sign several different areas stating they can bill me for what the insurance does not pay. I refused, rightfully justified. Noamy stated then I will not be seen by Dr. Daisy Lee. I left. I had all my paperwork filled out and drove over a bridge with a toll and it took me 45 minutes in gas to get there. They wasted my time. I would not recommend them.

My 17 year old son had all four wisdom teeth removed last Monday, 8/26/2019. Dr. Richard Salas was the surgeon and I only have positive feedback to give about him and his staff. All of the staff was patient and helpful. Dr. Salas was polite and funny. My son had no adverse reactions to the surgery and had minimal pain. He only needed Advil, didn't even pick up the Tylenol 3! I recommend this doctor.
