Dr. Galanes is upfront, honest, no bs type of dentist. He will tell you how it is, how he can help, and most importantly get the job done correctly. I came to him for a second opinion from apparently, a nightmare dentist, out of west dundee. Every time I had work done I was in pain for weeks / months. Dr G has state of the art x-ray machines that gives you a 3d model of your teeth! He found that my last Dentist claimed there were way more cavities than there actually was. A few days ago he took care of the final 4 fillings in one shot and next day. NO PAIN!!!. I even waited until my insurance would cover it and he had no issues with it. He is amazing and well worth whatever he charges. Take it from me. Don't look anywhere else: high skilled, honest, upfront, and a super nice guy. The receptionist Francy is very welcoming and the hygienists are all awesome too and have worked for Dr. G for 15 years or more! A Dentist and Staff you can Trust! Thanks Again!

This is my first time to this office and everyone made me feel welcome . I'm very subconscious about my teeth and when I say judge free zone this is it. The front desk is very knowledgeable about insurance and so friendly the assistant is knowledgeable about the instrument and treatment and so kind her and the Dr. Work together like michael jordan and scottie pippin . The Hygienist also have awesome sauce when it comes to her job and so friendly. The Dr . so knowledgeable about my treatment and what was needed . He talk to me about everything that he was doing before and as he was doing it and the best part pain free and on my way out assured me that I was in great hands thank you guys Teamwork makes the dream work

I am so thankful to have discovered Northeast Family Dental. Not only is their care and treatment excellent, thorough, and current...but their staff, from Dr. Galanes to the receptionist, are kind, caring, and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

As a child I hated going to the dentist. Dr. Galanes' office is so caring and gentle that I feel completely comfortable seeing the dentist. I would highly recommend this office for anyone.
