After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Richmond began his career in dentistry by committing to a period of military public service during which, he maintained the dental health of his fellow men and women in the U.S. Air Force. After a year in Palm Harbor, Dr. Richmond and his wife, Diana, relocated to Pensacola where he has lived ever since and has provided his community with reliable, affordable dental care for the last 30 years.

I broke a tooth and knew I needed a crown. They got me in quickly, and made me a temporary crown. I went back 2 weeks later and installed the permanent crown. Everyone was courteous, very efficient and Dr. Richmond was very thoughtful and thorough in installing the crown.

Great experience! The dental hygienist Desiree was awesome. She explained everything she was doing very well, made suggestions like getting antibiotics for an inflamed gum spot between my teeth which I took her up on and she was very knowledgeable about if something was covered by insurance and if not covered by insurance knew the cost of something like the antibiotics. Thumbs up to this young lady. The office staff was awesome and everything went fast and smoothly with my payment for the antibiotics that were administered by Desiree. Dr. Richmond was not so bad himself and made a good impression. Overall I definitely recommend this dentistry!

It was my initial appointment, and I was pleased with everyone I met there (highly unusual for me; I can be picky) and I was happy with how very thorough they were. The hygienist was great (helpful and knowledgeable), and they accept both my insurance, and my Careington 500. My first visit cost nothing but 27.00 for the fluoride I requested. The dentist did not try to get me to spend unnecessary money, like a previous one did (so obvious he needed to make his yacht payment, so I needed an implant. No thanks.) I also had several emails and calls with this office prior to my appointment, and each one was professional and helpful. They also have mouthwash in the bathroom. (Little things can be helpful.) I definitely recommend this office.

Starting with the receptionist Julie and continuing on to the dental hygienist Desiree and Dr Richmond, everybody was excellent! They are friendly, professional, and thorough. As a new medicare advantage enrollee, I had my initial visit and cleaning there, wherein Desiree did the most comprehensive exam I've ever had, and she was very good at explaining what she was going to be doing. They have the latest technology, that I haven't been seeing yet in other places.

Dr. Richmond is a very wonderful and the nicest doctors I have ever met. His assistant is amazing and they both did their best to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedures I needed to have. I am definitely going back for all my dental needs
