An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

SCAMMED OUT OF 450 DOLLARS. I SAID I WOULD PAY MY BILL AS LONG AS THEY WE'RE SURE ABOUT MY INSURANCE. THIS IS A MISTAKE THEY MADE OR REFUSED TO TELL ME. IT IS NOT MY FAULT I WAS PROMISED AND SIGNED A BILL SAYING THIS IS WHAT IM GOING TO PAY!! I PRAY GOD REPAYS ME A 1000 fold. I expect some one to fix this. At least return half my money!! I have to forgive y'all because of my beliefs. So i forgive you for being (dishonest liars)and ( stealing).. from me!

Had a GREAT experience here today! Office is open later for those like me who would rather miss less work, and everyone I interacted with was efficient and so friendly. Dr. Santillan was awesome as was Katrina (hygienist)! Highly recommend!

Key the dentist asst made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. Cynthia/Cindy table manners during my operation kept me relaxed. I'm always nervous about the dentist but the team made me feel very relaxed. I will come back for future dental needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and courtesy received at Northeast Dallas Dentistry. Everyone including Dr. Yost, Marisol and all the staff were so attentive and understanding. I will return to continue my dental care with Dr. Yost. It was a great experience at this office. Zumra, my dental hygenist, is comforting and personable. She constantly checks in as she cleans my teeth. Dr. Yost is conservative in her recommendations. I appreciate the transparency and kindness in addressing me as a patient and fellow adult.

Dissatisfied with quality of workmanship. Unnecessary over billing and additional work not quoted properly. Bridge fell out after only 4 months. Very disappointing. Update: working on remedies and happy with attempts to help thus far. Will update review at later date.

THE STAFF IS OVERALL FRIENDLY AND I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ONE PERSON IN PARTICULAR IS ZUMRA, SHE'S THE BEST PERSON THERE BECAUSE SHE'S SUPER FRIENDLY, COOL OUT GOING AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS FOREVER. HER ENERGY MAKES YOU WANNA COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING PAYMENTS, INSURANCE AND MORE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO EVERYONE AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BUT VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. They recommend it $1000 plus cleaning for my teeth and told me I had gum disease. I am a regular at the dental office and in order to get a cleaning at the regular pricing I had to do the recommended cleaning which was north of $1000. They just took $59 from me to fulfill their new patient pricing. This is edited after the generic response that was made. We spoke in person and by phone. The team seem pretty incompetent of how to conduct business, as they threw their sister facility under the bus about another misdiagnosis. That facility recommended a full root canal...WOW. Yet, they insisted on another completely not needed procedure. But didn't allow me to opt out to do a general cleaning. No real work was done to see any visual bleeding of my gums, but as part of the "spill"- the programming they have in this case was just a script to hustle ppl out of money. I literally heard the woman say that there was "bleeding" of my gums. I paid the $59 and walked out. Word of advice, don't mention the new patient cost to them. Cause they will default to their reasoning for not cleaning your teeth, which is in the fine print.

Great experience here and all the staff was very courteous. I definitely will be back. My normal check up was easy and usually don't have problems with my teeth but would trust them for any dental procedures

My son needed emergency dental work and although not a current patient, they saw him that day and provided excellent care. He recently got a quick appointment for follow-up care which was fully covered by a warranty on the original work. I highly recommend them.

NE Dallas Dentistry ROCKS! My first visit & it was great. I had major dental work done & not ONCE did I feel pain during the 3 procedures. Very kind & considerate of their patients. The vibe is positive & uplifting. Clean facility. Every member of staff professional.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They will trick you into wasting your money on procedures and plans that you do not need. All they care about is selling some insurance policy so that you will succumb to getting an extensive cleaning or procedure that you never needed in the first place. And they don't know anything about this so-called policy and not have answers to your questions, forcing you to sit and wait to make decisions based off the minimal information they provided. Absolutely horrible and condescending practice. They do not care about their patients, only filling their pockets.
