Every year, our dentists and staff volunteer their time to offer free extractions for those who could not otherwise afford this treatment.
The Northcutt Dental Savings Plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. You will receive two free cleanings per year (including exams and necessary x-rays) and a discount on most dental services!
Family plans cover family members and children up to 18 years of age. Full-Time college students will be covered until age 23. Benefits start immediately (no waiting period!) and you must remain on the policy for a minimum of one year. You will not receive a membership card, as your plans effective date will be on file with the front office.

Only recieved stars period as the staff were pleasent but the doctor should not have a degree. She messed my mouth up worse than when i came dr dommer dymer what ever her name is should be under review

Quantity over qualify for sure. They are overbooked and under staffed for dentist. There seems to be a revolving door of dentist which makes for a horrible patient experience. I've seen someone new almost every time over the past 18 months. My past 4 visits (for the same issue) have taken 2 hours per visit. Most of the time was spent waiting on a doctor. I finally had enough and booked an appointment with another dentist outside of the Northcutt umbrella.

My friend Michael went to this clinic last month for a bad tooth to be pulled by an oral surgeon who was not there that day. Other dentist was asked to come in to extract the tooth. Dentist pulled a good tooth and part of his jaw. Left the bad tooth. Dentist told girls in the office to get him to an oral surgeon because he knew this had to be fixed. The bad tooth had to come out. Michael heard the office girls tell the dentist to shut up he was telling Michael to much. Michael grabbed his good tooth the dentist pulled and left. Called an attorney who was excited he had proof of their mistake. Michael did return to the office for referral to see oral surgeon. No one would take him. Mind you Michael had epilepsy and was on a 1200. month SS check and allowed only $2000 in dental assistance a year. Because this location used all of that up Micheal was not seen by an oral surgeon. Due to the infection he received from improper care by this facility he died. Rip Michael Fleming 12/9/67 to 10/23/22

They don't clean your teeth like they should. They have a lot of young people working in their now alone with rushing and half cleaning your teeth don't waste your time going here.

Worst experience with my appointment 9/3/22. Arrived 5 minutes before my appt staff receiving payment looked as if she checked out for the day and was moody. She told me I can head to the room and I didn't know where to go so I said do you want me to wait in the lobby. The staff who did my diagnostic procedure I guess felt sorry and assisted me in heading to the designated room. The assistant who was assigned to me was constantly apologizing and leaving the room. She started saying that I missed appts, non compliant and I told her let me see the missed appts because I don't miss appts yes I rescheduled several times because the appt didn't work out in my end due to work or no sitter for kids. No Cleaning was done I understand because the hour was almost done because of all the delay and misinformation. Just be honest from the beginning of the visit that no procedures was going to be done and was just a wasted visit idk why the diagnostic was done and then just delaying me to stay there for an hour without nothing being done.

I broke a tooth on Friday before I was to start neck radiation cancer treatment on Monday. As my dentist along with most others were closed on Fridays, I called Northcutt and they made me a priority, got me in for consultation and pulled the tooth the following morning. Dr Seale and his staff went above my expectations and were courteous and professional. They understood I would have to postpone my treatment another week if I couldn't get it handled. Thanks so much!

I Love Northcutt Dental never had a problem everyone is always pleasant and I love cause there open on Saturday and with my job I can make my appointments for the day. Love them so much wouldn't trade them fir anyone else

Quantity over quality, watch out for rude unprofessional dentists that take out their personal problemson their patients, and the dentists there are like a revolving door, if you want to have the same dentist care for you,good luck, they never stay there for long they always move to another area, and now I know why.. it is more like a training ground.We will miss our hygienist Brittany, she was the best part of this dentist office.

There is no word to express how incredibly fantastic Jennifer and Dr. Clein are. For lack of a better word- Phenomenal. I'm gonna go Oprah on these two and refer everyone to them. You get a referral , and you get a referral, everybody gets a referral! Check under your chair bc that's a referral for Dr. Clein and Jennifer. Yay! I refuse to see anyone else. These are my amigos. Oh what's that? Dr. Clein and Jennifer are on Vacation. Cool, I'll wait until they get back bc they are boss! Period. Before I came in I was thinking they were gonna be like "who did it and why" but once I came into their care I knew instantly God put these two in my life and I was good. Thanks big guy Jennifer- instantly fell in love with her. Very proficient and professional and welcoming and just a great personality. She cares a lot about what she does and is genuine and I just know she's gonna go far. Dr. Clein- brooooooo he's the BEST! On point! A game! Super boss! Wicked smart! Highly proficient! God bless this man! Yeah this dude is family bc he's my dentist FOR LIFE! Hey fam. Instantly welcoming, very comfortable, amazing personality, highly informative, award winning practice.
