I had a really great experience here today to get my root canal. The whole process was completely painless and they were finished in less than an hour. I was dreading getting a root canal hearing about the pain and possible multiple appointments, but this was the best possible experience I could have asked for. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend them if you are on the fence of getting a root canal.

Honestly had the best experience here this morning even though I had to get 2 root canals done. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. 2 root canals were finished in an hour and were painless. 10/10 recommend them!

Everyone at Northcoast Endodontic Specialist were genuinely concerned and helpful in making me more comfortable while they did a fabulous job addressing my problem. Definitely a place to go when you got a problem you wish you didn't!!! They'll take care of you! Thanks Dr Demas DDS for all you guys ALWAYS do and getting me into great hands as needed!

Am I someone that suffers from anxiety on a daily basis? Yes. Am I someone that feels fight or flight responses when my personal space(especially within my mouth) has been invaded whilst going to any type of dentist? Yes. Did I have an absolutely positive experience while here? Yes. I have nothing but an awesome review to give to a place that made me feel like I was doing good while I know I looked like I was being held in an electric chair. Thank you for being so nice to me. I really do appreciate it.

I've had to have several procedures done here, and I have ALWAYS appreciated the professionalism and skill of Dr. Colaco. No one really wants to have a root canal, right? But when it's necessary, this is the place to go. It's extremely fast, and the less time spent 'in the chair' the better. Everyone on staff has been helpful and nice.

Weird experience. Everyone pretty rude. Front desk wasn't bad but seemed annoyed that I was referred there by the Strongsville office. Assistant was extremely rude... pretty much told me I was lying about my pain, and legitimately head-down SIGHED when I started talking about more symptoms. Dr. Gorman was not very friendly at all but did what needed done. ALL of them were very annoyed with me being there in general, but especially bothered that I wanted nitrous. Tried super hard to talk me out of it and to take a pill instead. Wasn't comfortable with that, went with nitrous anyway and they were very light handed with it, and charged twice for it what my dentist does. Also, extremely expensive... they did a retreat(root canal) for $1,300 before insurance and didn't even crown it, told me to talk to my main dentist about it. Will not go back here. I'm a very high anxiety dental patient and overall this was not a good experience.

It was recommended I have a root canal done & Northcoast was one of three recommendations made by my dentist. I called at 8 A.M. on a Monday morning in extreme pain... the receptionist was beyond rude & very curt . Receptionist said she had NO emergency appointments & I could come in on FRIDAY!!! or "come in ASAP & sit in the waiting room till I could be seen..... Unacceptable. Northcoast ....Your employee that answers the phone needs to be trained on how to treat potential patients & she needs to read the book. HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE.. BTW I got an appointment at your competitor next door @ DR KOTAPISH & KAYAFAS. If I could give Northcoast Endodontic less than 1 star I would. Pitiful

Great experience! Like a lot of people, I dread getting dental work done. One of my top molars broke and I needed a root canal before I could get a crown. I was very very nervous, especially because I have huge and old silver filling on this molar and I have a hard time getting numb for dental procedures. I called North Coast and they got me in with Dr. Gorman fairly quick. The staff was so nice and created a calming atmosphere. Dr. Gorman was patient and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He was so gentle numbing the area and he definitely got me numb! I didn't feel one thing during the procedure and he was efficient! I will definitely come back here if I need another root canal!!

I was visiting the area when I developed incredible pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Gorman in Fairlawn was kind enough to work me in despite his busy schedule. I was so thankful for his concern and confidence. Dr. Gorman completed a root canal and by the time I left his office my pain was gone. I took my antibiotic and have made a full recovery. Upon going home I compared the cost of the procedure with my dentist and it was exactly what I would have paid in my home town. Great office!

I has a root canal on my molar tooth the front desk secretary was very nice and pleasant Dr Gorman was his aid were very nice and professional Dr Gorman made sure i was comfortable and explained everything i would definitely recommend Northcoast

Dr. Gorman was very professional and very kind and gentle. His staff was amazing as well. It was such an easy root canal that I actually fell asleep in his chair and that's the truth

Dr. Gorman was very rude and front desk receptionist wasn't pleasant either. I had a procedure done about 2 years ago with him and I have been having pain and discomfort in that area and was recommended by my general dentist to go back to have Dr.Gorman to double check the area. I was taken back and had an X-ray by the assistant and then started to describe to her what has been going on and etc. Dr. Gorman entered and He wasn't friendly nor did he greet me as he came in and questioned me why did I even come back to him if another dr is treating my other teeth. He is the one who did the procedure so why wouldn't i come back to him.? Dr. Gorman needs to realize his unprofessionalism and rude and unkind behavior is turning away patients and I will not be recommending or referring him to anyone and for all existing patients I would leave now. Their is no caring or compassion coming from that office.
