Went in for my first root canal and was pretty nervous. Ryan Romero and his assistant were very kind and both did a wonderful job at making sure I was completely comfortable and checked on me periodically throughout the procedure. They were very clear and informal with post-op care and instructions. I would absolutely recommend them for any endodontic procedure.

My doctor and his assistants were excellent today performing my root canal I would highly recommend coming here 10/10 no complaints everyone was super friendly procedure was done fast and pain free

I was Dr. Jurcak patient. This place was nice and professional . I called today for an emergency appointment. The front desk staff Kristina was so mean and not professional. She didn't want to schedule me for an emergency. Probably because she heard my accent. What happened with this place? Will not recommend it .

Dr. Manuel Colaco - never in my life have I experienced what I did today. Came in for a root canal and was met by Dr. Colaco and staff. Rather than just move forward on the referral of my dentist, he inspected my tooth and determined that the root canal was not necessary! While I am hoping that I don't have a need to see Dr. Colaco in the future, if I do I will 100% go to him.

I was referred to this practice on an emergency basis after finding out I probably needed a root canal. They squeezed me in but they couldn't have made me more comfortable while I waited. Each staff member from the front desk through prep and the procedure, one was nicer than the next. This included Dr Romero, who performed the procedure. It is a very uncomfortable procedure but I couldn't have been made to feel more comfortable throughout.

The Lyndhurst practice would not confirm that the Drs & staff were vaccinated against Covid, claiming it was a HIPPA violation to disclose that information. They would not confirm that the specific Dr & assistant who would be taking care of me were vaccinated. I cancelled my appointment and rescheduled with an endodontist that freely confirmed everyone in their practice was fully vaccinated against Covid. It is not a HIPPA violation for medical professionals to confirm vaccination status unless they refuse to disclose it.

I have vasovagal syncope and my root canal here at Northeast was the first time I did not have an episode! Dr. Romero listened to my concerns, asked questions about previous episodes, and gave me educated options in order to prevent another episode. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Romero and his assistant for being so kind and providing me with the knowledge and options to prevent episodes moving forward!

I had two root canals done by Dr. Joseph Jurcak. He did an excellent job. He and his tech took great care to make me feel comfortable and did things as painlessly as possible. Dealing with the office for payment was also a breeze. Not that I ever want to go back again, if I need another root canal, I'll be coming back to Dr. Jurcak.

I was referred to them for a root canal after my general dentist could not perform the procedure on me. They got me in the same day I called and the staff were all very polite, kind and professional. Dr. Romero and Crystal did an amazing job on my tooth. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure which was completely painless. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a root canal.

Honestly amazing. I was there recently for a root canal, and had it set in my mind that it would be a painful and terrible experience.... Well I'm happy to say it was everything but! Almost zero pain, I didn't even realize it was over until he started cleaning up. The entire experience from beginning to end was smooth. The dental assistant Mary was kind and informative. I was also blessed with Dr. Jurcaks American idol voice during the procedure. He did an amazing job and walked me through the entire process while answering any questions I had. Thank you

Dr. Mark Gorman is truly an excellent endodontist and one of the most efficient dentists I have ever worked with. I was referred to him many years ago by my primary dentist, whose opinion I value and trust, and I will never see another endodontist unless Dr. Gorman retires. Due to an open bite, every single one of my molars will likely need root canals--I currently have 5. I've had many endodontists over the years, and Dr. Gorman is truly one of the best at performing root canals. He performs them quickly, painlessly, and efficiently--the 2 root canals he did for me were each completed in under 1 hour. He thoroughly explains anything you would need to know as a patient, but he does not inundate you with small talk (wonderful for an introvert like me). I also noticed that he and his staff take care to alleviate all of the little discomforts when undergoing a procedure like this--using a jaw rest, ensuring the dental dam doesn't cover your nose, providing an extra pillow for your neck--I love the attention to detail! I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Northcoast Endodontics, and I would recommend Dr. Gorman to absolutely everyone!

I went in for my first root canal expecting it to be a horrible and painful experience, it was not. Everyone was polite, professional and very kind. When he said he was done, I was shocked that the procedure was over so fast. No pain what so ever. Absolutely would recommend!!

Dr. Romero was phenomenal. The root canal procedure was completely painless and as comfortable as it possibly could have been. They're so considerate of the patient's needs and comfort, and they did a great job of explaining everything to me about what they were doing and what to expect. Highly highly recommend.
