Dr. Jim, Stephanie , and whole staff are awesome. Very professional, thorough, and very pleasant for a visit to the dentist. I highly recommend this office, they are the best.

Hygienist explained what she was doing before she did as she sensed I was nervous and she made me feel totally calm. Will not go to another dentist. Great place. Welcoming and calming people. 5 stars for sure.

I love this office and Dr Richart so much! They all make going to the dentist fun. I love getting my teeth cleaned here, and they've been wonderful with all the restorative work I've had to have done, along with developing auto immune disease and getting solid recommendations on how to handle it in regards to oral care. I sometimes feel like they know more about my condition than my the rheumatologist. Super convenient location no matter where you live in Charleston.

I absolutely LOVE everyone at Northbridge Dental! Every time I visit, Stephanie greets me with a lovely smile. I love that Dr. Jim embraces technology with forms available to fill out online and text reminders for appointments.
