This place should be ashamed for calling themselves a "family" dentistry. I can't speak to their treatment of adults, but they should never be allowed to practice on children. The hygienist was incredibly cruel to my 6 year old and made her cry. It was DISGUSTING behavior. If you have an option, do NOT send your children here.

The staff here are great, had a dental emergency in the middle of the night and was able to be seen the next morning. They reassured me they were confident they could help, and they did a great job of making me feel at ease. As a person who is terrified to see the dentist, they made everything seamless.

Nobody LIKES going to the dentist, but I don't mind going to Northborough Dental. I had a root canal done here and I was done in under an hour and had next to no pain. The doctor made sure I was comfortable, and I am super happy with the end result. Their "member" plan helps with cost if you don't have insurance, and the office staff is super friendly. My regular cleanings are always great as well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! I was offered multiple time slots within a day of reaching out for a new patient visit. The team was super friendly upon my arrival and took me right away. They were able to do a first time appointment and do a cleaning in under an hour. The hygienist and Doctor were very friendly nice and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back.

I took a 17 year break from going to the dentist because of the tremendous pain I endured during a procedure to fill a cavity (not Northborough Family Dental). My mouth pain got to the point that motivated me to give it another try. I had a lot of fear and trepidation about the initial exam and cleaning. My ptsd was real and I did not want to be there. I was up front with dental hygienist Christina and she responded with understanding and empathy. My exam/cleaning was awesome. My X-rays showed some problems however. Now I would have to confront my demons or go on in pain indefinitely. It was not an easy decision. I discussed all of my concerns and experiences with Dr. Kate who was honest with me about everything. I made an appointment with the agreement that as soon as I felt any pain, during the procedure to fill a big cavity, we were done. I rescheduled once out of fear and almost blew this off. I am not proud of this but I want to be honest. I made it in on my rescheduled appointment time, trembling in fear. Dr. Kate provided the right amount of tolerance, professionalism and Novocain to put me at enough ease to start. I felt nothing, not a single thing. I have a brand new tooth without any pain or issue and I could not be happier. I scheduled my next appointment with enthusiasm and renewed confidence that I can achieve oral health without wanting to die. I simply can not recommend this practice high enough. 5 stars is a no-brainer. Dr. Kate McPherson is the only dentist allowed to work on my teeth if I have any say. Thank you Dr.McPherson, Christina and the whole staff at Northborough Family Health
