The Dental technician was very thorough and conducted a professional cleaning of my teeth. Additionally she informed me about areas in my mouth where calcium removal was critical to stop gum loss or damage. She also informed me of alternate flossing methods and tools to better remove calcium build up in the back of the mouth. Great experience!

Over my 70 years, I've been to many dentists and many dental groups. But I've never been to a dentist or her group who made me feel more comfortable than I experienced with northborough dental. I found that the entire staff, from dentist to technician to hygienist to office staff, made an effort to make me feel as if I was around people who cared about my dental problems and who did everything they could to keep me comfortable while they were attending to my dental needs. I also found that they were sensitive to dental related costs and did not at all push me to have a cosmetic dental procedure done (like a previous dentist from a different office did) and which would have cost me about $6,000+ to have performed. Honestly, this seems to be the way that dental care should be provided, but rarely is.

Dr. Connor is the best. My wife and I have gone to her since Dr Howells retired. I thought we would have a difficult time finding a dentist as good as Dr Howells. I was wrong. The best thing Northborough Dental Associates has done is hire Dr Connor.

I have been going to Northborough Dental Associates for years and every experience I have had was wonderful. However, in the last 2 years things have changed. The office staff are unpleasant to work with. The statements they are sending are unclear when was the visit and what they charged you for. Every bill gets required me to call to the office and get an explanation. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they charged you by mistake. As much as I love Dr Crowley and loved Dr Howel - I would not recommend no one to go there because the service is poor. !!!!

Dr Ericcson was great as was the staff. As always! I will truly miss her and wish her the best. I am sure NBD will move along with someone else, but she will never be replaced. No one could do that.

A wonderful dental office. The team blends seamlessly from checking in with any of the pleasant desk area ladies and Sean to seeing one of the caring dentists, helpful and sweet assistants and/or any of their kind, skilled hygienists. Very clean and bright.

Broke a tooth due to an old filling which was pretty painful. They made an appointment for the same day I contacted them. Pain free now with a new filling.
