This dentist office is awesome! So many people are worried when going to a dentist appointment, but Josh and Victoria and their entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. They answered every question I had and made sure to make sure I felt at ease. I cannot recommend them more for an incredible, personable, and kind dental experience!

I was a patient of Dr. Josh McClanahan in Muscle Shoals and after he and his wife moved to Tuscaloosa to begin their own practice, I had a crown come off ... I called the office and was worked in the very next day. This new practice is all I want and need in a dental office, expertise, professionalism, friendliness ... for me, it is worth the drive to see Dr. McClanahan!

My first visit was to have an extraction of an abscessed tooth. Dr. Josh explained my X-ray findings thoroughly and gave me options on how best to help me. I decided to have it pulled and he made the procedure painless and his calm demeanor kept me calm as well. He now has a patient for life! The staff were very friendly.

I did not realize how badly I grind my teeth at night. During Dr. Victoria's examination, she said my teeth were seriously loose and I needed a night guard. My mouth was scanned and the guard came promptly. Thank you for saving the foundation of my teeth! Dr. Josh also does an excellent job making sure my teeth are in good shape. He is very thorough and answers all of my questions. I do not have to be tense when both dentists give injections, They work quickly and do a wonderful job! The staff is friendly and accommodating making sure my teeth are cleaned and scheduling visits.

I was very impressed with my visit to Northbank. I had been going to the same dentist for the last 35 years until he retired, so this was a new experience to say the least. The facilities were so clean and nice! Kim and Chloe were kind and friendly, getting me all checked in. Dr. Victoria did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and keeping things light. The cleaning was thorough, painless, and she did a great job explaining everything that she was looking for. I did have a couple of spots that needed attention, so Dr. Josh did a couple of fillings for me. Excellent care, made sure that I was comfortable for the drilling and checked on me often. Both dentists worked flawless with the support staff, which was refreshing. Worth the drive from Bessemer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My parents changed over to Dr. Johnson and raved about their great experience. Today was my first visit and it was wonderful! Super kind and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable waiting room, and Dr. Johnson was very thorough and friendly. So glad I changed over!

Dr. Johnson and his team always go above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and painless. They are welcoming, accommodating and thorough. I actually look forward to dental visits which is rare. Great team!
