An A+ dental office. If you are looking for the best dentist in Ventura County, Dr. Shifman is it! She didn't over medicate me, she repaired all the dental issues other dentists left me with, has excellent preventative care and she has the most engaging and kind manner. I would not trust anyone else. Her staff is also amazing. First class customer service!

Dr. Shifman and the entire staff are all super friendly and caring. Dr. Shifman replaced my veneers and she rocked it - they're beautiful! I know sometimes doctors and dentists get backed up during the day, but I've been there at least 6 times for myself or my son and we always get in at our scheduled time - I really appreciate that. Also, my son is terrified of dentists and terrified "it will hurt" - but they are all pros and handle his anxiety really well. (And it never does hurt) Dr. Shifman filled my son's 5 cavities and he still wants to go back - that says it all! I am so glad I found them.

I gave Dr Shifman and her staff the best score possible for the outstanding service. I was in need of a procedure that included an implant for my teeth. Dr. Shifman offered me a comprehensive treatment, she worked with Dr Wilgusan, an excellent periodontist. I am happy with the excelled results. Thank you Debbie, Laura and, Dr Ruth Shifman for the great work you did for me and your daily effort to please your patients.

Dr. Shifman and staff always deliver. From top-shelf dental care without the upsell, to the cheerful and incredibly professional front and back office staff, there is no dentist who I would rather trust with my teeth. She has a common-sense approach to treatment which is truly refreshing, and her cosmetic work is really well done. Even her temporary crowns look as good as my natural teeth. She is skilled in the use of novocaine and has never hurt me. Just recommended her today to one of the security guards at work!

My visit to NorthBank Dental was excellent. Dr. Ruth and her staff are warm, courteous, and caring. They are professional and thorough at their tasks. I have been going to Dr. Ruth for many years and I have referred several others to her. She takes care of our whole family!!!

Nicest, friendliest, and most honest dentist I have ever had. They take a genuine interest in you as a person, you aren't just another body coming through the door. The coordinator Carrie has the sharpest memory, you can show up six months later and she remembers not only your name, but the name of your kids. It leaves you with the feeling you are having your dental work performed by friends. Dr. Shifmann is so honest and trustworthy, you know she isn't trying to upsell you on getting some treatment you don't really need. Just looking for your genuine well being. Love this place. Great place for kids too, they can pick a prize of the treasure chest.

I have been going to Northbank Dental for over 12 years now. Dr Shiffman and her team are amazing! They are always so kind and knowledgeable. I will never go to another dentist ever again.
