I this practice! Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Kim is the best. He easily explains things in a way that make sense to the average patient and has a sense of humor. He is also very patient, and kind as are his staff. I have had extensive dental work done throughout my life and have finally found a good match for my needs. I strongly recommend them.

I've been a patient with Northampton Family Dentist for about five years. I came to them because I had a very serious problem. I went to quite a few other dentist in the Spfld. area, but found this dentist to be the most reasonable and most economical. The same procedure at other dentist cost thousand of dollars more. Doctor Kim, was very professional and courteous. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. That's why I am willing to travel from Springfield to Northampton.

We've gone to Northampton in plant and family dentistry for many years now. We've had nothing but positive experiences. I've had two bridges installed and my young son, now 7 years old, so understandably not his favorite thing to do, has no fear at all of his visits to the dentist.

Dr. Kim has been an incredible dental provider. His compassion knowledge and expertise is beyond reproach. Patience and dedication to his trade makes one comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this very skilled Doctor of Dentistry. Not to mention his wonderful staff. I'd give him a 7 star if it were available!

The communication beforehand was fabulous! I received a text a few days before and then another on the day before. My check in went smoothly. My cleaning with Shale was wondering! She was kind and considerate. She offered and showed examples of procedures for upcoming appointments. She was friendly and very gentle. I am always a nervous patient and she made me feel at ease. Dr. Kim was wonderful! He was thorough in his exam and offered options.

I was there for a cleaning. The hygienist was very professional and pleasant. She worked quickly and efficiently. She summed up the session at the end. It was an excellent visit. After the session the receptionist booked for another quarterly session. The entire time was pleasant and professional.

I've been seeing Dr. Kim and his staff for many years and I'm always happy with my experience. Dr. Kim always eases my anxiety by throwing in some laughter and stories. Always recommended!
