I called to make an appointment for myself and my daughter and was told that because I had to cancel appointments I had made for myself twice, that they could not place me on their schedule. I canceled both appointments in a timely manner (24-48 hours before) due to a severe chronic illness I have called Gastropareses. I asked about scheduling just my daughter instead and tried to explain that I have a severe chronic illness, and that it was the reason for the cancelations, and I was RUDELY hung up on. No business, especially a medical profession, should hang up on someone.

Dr Morin was very rude when I advocated for my daughter, she kicked us out and told us to go elsewhere. I'm very upset on how we were treated. She doesn't seem to like other people having different opinions then what she has.

I hope you never need oral surgery, because it does in fact suck, but should you...I highly recommend North Vernon Family Dental. Specifically, Dr. Dipesh Sitaram for any and all your surgical needs. Today, I had 2 extractions and a cyst removal. As unpleasant as having teeth pulled is, I knew I was in good hands and getting high quality care. I've had 2 extraction appointments with Dr. Sitaram and he's been quick, efficient, comforting and just a damn good surgeon during both. My last appointment required an extraction where my root had grown into my sinus cavity. My lifelong dentist and another both refused to do the procedure, they were too uncomfortable with the circumstances surrounding the necessary removal. Dr. Sitaram didn't flinch. He went right to work and got it done without any hiccups and recovery was a breeze. Todays procedure was equally as invasive, but again, he worked his magic and within 20 minutes of arriving, I was walking out the door. He's the guy you want. Trust me!

Awesome. This place is the best dentristy that I've been to in awhile. My teeth feel so clean now. They even complimented me on good oral hygiene. The place I was going to before, when I left, my teeth didn't feel as clean. 5 stars

I really like North Vernon Family Dental. They are very professional and do their best to make you comfortable when you have a procedure. The technician did a great job with my cleaning. Dr Morin is very professional and she really cares about her patients and gives them excellent care.

I feel fortunate to have found this office! The staff and Dr Van Morin are personable and knowledgeable. No one likes going to the dentist so it's important to go where you at least like the folks that manage your care.

Absolutely wonderful staff . Very kind , polite ,patient and helpful. Won't break the bank either if you do not have insurance. Definitely will return.

When it comes to the actual dentist's as well as the dental assistants at this facility, they are phenomenal. I hate to even give such a low review because they really are fantastic. The reason I am giving such a low review however, is for the simple fact that I was treated horribly at the front desk. I drove almost 2 hours to take my children to the dentist to be denied services after having this appointment scheduled for months. Not to mention the way I was treated at the desk. This woman was downright hateful and because of her I will not be going back to this facility. I do plan on talking to a manager about this experience, but I've honestly been so upset that I haven't reached out yet. If your looking for great dental care then I would recommend going here, but if you want to be treated well and not be disrespected by the front desk I would suggest trying somewhere else. It's a shame that one person can bring down such a nice facility, but it can definitely happen.

A point I cannot overstate enough- There was no baby talk. Nobody sat down, folded their hands in their laps and talked to me like I was dying... A calming tactic for some, maybe, but for myself, being someone who is terrified of dentistry, it's unnerving to be talked to like a hospice patient... The woman up front was very nice and welcoming (I'm sorry I didn't get your name, was very tired). She was also, to the point and reassuring in her manner. A professional atmosphere without feeling like you've walked into a science lab to get dental work... Very cozy (in the nice way, not the snide way lol). Already better than my last dentist experience though I'm not mentioning any practice by name, but it rhymes with Biehle Family Dentistry. (I'm not Dr. Sues) Overall, a great first impression(Although I'm new and haven't actually had work done yet . We'll see ).

Hannah did a good job cleaning my teeth. She gave me information on how to take better care of them and my gums. I was very pleased with my visit. I had an unexpected procedure done but it was explained well and I had no qualms about it.

They are all so nice and friendly. They got me in quick for emergency tooth extractions. Staff was all informative, and helpful.
