Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) - The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Fellowship is presented to dentists who are committed to pursuing professional excellence and providing the highest quality of dental care. In order to receive this distinction, Dr. Kalavadia completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive written exam, and fulfilled three years of continuous membership in the AGD. As an AGD Fellow, Dr. Kalavadia has joined an elite group of more than 17,105 members of the dental community who understand that great smiles and good oral health for their patients are the results of going above and beyond basic requirements. Fellowship symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) - In order to be awarded Fellowship status, Dr. Kalavadia has completed 100 hours of continuing education in implant dentistry and successfully submitted 20 cases for review. As a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Kalavadia has demonstrated his commitment to attaining the knowledge and technical skill necessary to provide his patients with the most innovative and effective implant services in dental medicine.

Dr. Kalavadia was an honors student in oral & maxillofacial pathology, medicine, and radiology at New York University College of Dentistry. He was also an Honors Award recipient for the National Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration at Farleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Illinois State Dental Society. Dr. Kalavadia has completed more than 1000 hours of continuing education and is always active in seeking more continuing education opportunities to expand and enhance his clinical skills to provide the best quality dental care.

Dr. Kalavadia currently resides in Champaign with his wife. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys swimming, travel, hiking, music, and spending time with friends and family. He is also currently serving in the United States Army Reserve.

The hygienist and dentist were very professional and nice. However, they push Invisalign treatments on everyone. I had orthodontic work and wore my retainer consistently until it broke in college. My orthodontist told me I didn't need to worry about. No other dentist I've ever had has mentioned even the possibility of an alignment issue that needs to be fixed for the health of my teeth. But this dental office came up with tons of reasons why I needed Invisalign. Did the same for my husband. There were also some things during the exam that felt like gimmicks to get you to buy into their treatment plans. There did things that my insurance did not pay for without my approval also.

I love N. Vermilion Dental , from the time you walk in the staff is very friendly. I had a tooth extraction today , very caring. They have done previous work and I have been very pleased. More work coming down the road . I highly recommend them . Prices are very reasonable , they work with you .

Very professional. Answered all questions. Told what I needed to have done to my bones, then come back for teeth. Most would have made bad fitting teeth, I AM ADVISING EVERYONE TO USE NORTH VERMILION FAMILY DENTAL.

Great experience friendly so nice personable and gentle they explained everything in detail removed tarter without electronics and didn't hurt me or make me bleed I felt like a patient not a number definitely a 10/10 and affordable

I think that Dentist is terrific he does a fantastic job And the receptionist with the long black hair is very friendly and sweet and the girl that you talk to going out with the glasses and dark hair is very awesome too you have two terrific girls there

I take my 77 year old father here. He doesn't hear well and the staff is excellent. They take the time to repeat themselves to him if not once several times. I am very happy with this office.

This was my first visit at a dentist since Covid plus as a new patient and it was AMAZING!! Highly recommend!! Everyone was so kind and professional! From the front desk associate to the hygienist to the dentist! (I probably butchered the spelling) but Keniah the hygienist was fantastic! She explained everything so well and made me feel very comfortable! Overall a very positive experience!
