I began my dental career in 1990 as a dental assistant and, after over 30 years in the profession, I found the strong need to help navigate patients insurance questions and financial concerns. As a Treatment Coordinator, the ultimate reward is calming our patients dental anxiety and helping them navigate through any insurance & financial concerns.

My name is Lauren and I am from Plano, Texas. I am the face at the front desk, always ready to greet you with a smile! I received my dental assisting certification in 2020, but found I really enjoy being in an administrative role. I enjoy meeting our patients when they arrive and seeing them through their treatment.
Dr. Ganti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia Universitys College of Dental Medicine. He then matriculated into the Emory University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD). Dr. Ganti completed his surgical residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University Hospital, with advanced training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery and reconstructive surgery. In addition, he completed a General Surgery internship within the Emory University Department of Surgery.
After residency, Dr. Ganti completed a fellowship with internationally renowned surgeon, Dr. Pat Ricalde. Under her mentorship and guidance, Dr. Ganti received advanced training in the management of patients with craniofacial deformities, cleft lip, and cleft palate. His passion to provide care to those who are less fortunate has led him to mission trips to Jamaica and Bangladesh. For the past 3 years, Dr. Ganti has been practicing in Atlanta, GA before deciding to move to Texas.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ganti enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys watching and playing all sports, traveling, and loves trying all types of cuisines from different cultures.

Wonderful experience! The office staff is so helpful & friendly. Beautiful office that's easy to find. My daughter was nervous at first but Dr Ganti explained the procedure to her & it put her at ease. I am so happy we found Dr Ganti at North Texas Oral & Facial Surgery!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Ganti did a great job explaining what he was going to do and displayed wonderful bedside manner with my son. He even called and checked in with us to see how he was doing after the procedure. I really appreciate Dr. Ganti and his staff for the care they provided for my son

Dr. Ganti was amazing. We were very pleased that Dr. Shaw sent us to him. He was so gracious to accept us last minute as my daughter broke her tooth. His staff was super helpful and very caring. One of the best visits I have had in an urgent situation. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I had to have two wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Ganti and staff were great. Compared to a previous experience with a different surgical center they were worlds better. Dr. Ganti and his entire staff were all extremely friendly, expedient, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them as they made the entire process as pleasant as could be.

The receptionist needs patience to take calls, especially if English is not the caller's first language. It is not the first time that I have called and attempted to make an appointment and the receptionist always has an attitude.

Dr. Ganti and his staff are amazing. Very professional, cordial, and detail orientated. Not to mention that they were also totally focused on my comfort and wellbeing at all times. I will never go anywhere else if there is a need for any such oral surgery procedures in the future.

The visit to Texas Oral & Facial Surgery in Wylie, TX was absolutely the best! Dr. Ganti's staff was very kind, and helpful. They sent the papers to be filled out for new patients to us in a link. I was able to answer all questions, and submit the forms, and saved so much time at the appointment. Dr. Ganti was very caring, and knowledgeable! It was such a pleasure to visit with him, and I would highly recommend NT Oral & Facial Surgery!
