Since opening his Dallas area dentist office over 26 years ago, Dr. Kerbel has been serving patients in Garland, TX, Dallas, TX, Plano, TX, Rowlett, TX, Mesquite, TX, Desoto, TX, Murphy, TX, Plano, TX, Richardson, TX, Rockwall, TX, Sachse, TX, and other surrounding areas.
Dr. Kerbel received his Bachelors of Science from Baylor University in Waco in 1988 and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1991 from Baylor College of Dentistry. Since 1998, he has mentored senior dental students as part of the Preceptor Program at his alma mater as an adjunct clinical professor. While completing his doctorate of dental surgery (DDS), he received the Outstanding Senior Dental Student Award and the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award.
Dr. Kerbel also helps prepare the next generation of caregivers by serving on the Garland Independent School Districts Health Career and Technology Advisory Board, which helps students get a solid beginning in the health care field. He is also a past president of the Garland Dental Research Club.
Dr. Kerbel and his team have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education courses to ensure you, your family, and your friends are treated to the very best dental care. He has extensive experience in several aspects of dentistry, including:
Dr. Kerbel loves developing lasting relationships with our patients and watching them go from hiding their smile to confidently showing off their pearly whites. He is proud that he now has the privilege of caring for so many children of those who were once children patients at his practice! He treats each member of your family as if they were a member of his own!
While attending Harding University, Dr. Callier was also a member of the track team and participated in the high jump event. Now he stays in shape and satisfies his love of athletic activity by bicycling and playing basketball. He also enjoys building and working with his hands.
Dr. Callier married his high school sweetheart, Jenna, in 2012. They welcomed their first child, Jonah, in June 2016. His family loves attending Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX and being a part of the community group there.
Dr. Burnett graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and has been practicing General Dentistry ever since. He served as an instructor at the dental school for several years. His dedication to learning is quite evident by his accomplishments.
He completed Continuums I, II, III, IV, and V at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, studied many years with the Texas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, received his Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, completed the Advanced Restorative and Masters Series, and is on the teaching faculty at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.
To give of his knowledge and leadership abilities he served at various levels of different organizations which included serving as President of the Garland Dental Research Group and President of the Dallas Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Burnett has been married for 35 years to his wife Trish. They share the idea of family being a most important part of their life. In addition, Dr. Burnett and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking and exploring together.

Thank you North Texas Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for taking such excellent care of me and my teeth, for over 20 years. Hated needing an implant, but when my 20 year old crown failed you were there for the rescue. Bonus was also the "Invisalign" retainers that really made an impact and returned my smile to me. Happy, satisfied customer sliding into my golden years!

Even after moving to college and then to North Dallas, I still come back here for all dental work because of the amazing staff and the honest business that this is. Bridge preparation for front tooth. Was a great visit - Dr. Callier is very gentle and his assistant was also. Asked lots of questions to make sure I was doing OK.

Dr. Burnett is great I have going to him for years. There is little wait on being taken care of and does great dental work. Billing on the other hand is another story. That I am very very disappointed in. You have to ask for an itemized bill of which it is not truly an itemized bill. Do not know how much insurance paid. I realized this when I got home. Called in over 12 days ago telling them I needed this and was told they would TRY put it together. Still do not have it. They knew at the time what the insurance was paying because they had to know what to charge me. HOW MUCH LONGER WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET THIS ITEMIZED INFO. ITS AS IF PATIENTS DO NOT NEED TO GET THIS INFORMATION,. THIS SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDED AS A COURTESY. AFTER ALL THE SERVICES ARE NOT CHEAP.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, there are several members of my family that love going there also. It started with my granddaughter, about 10- 12 years ago, then continued with several other members, 11 to be exact thus far and we all agree that we love everyone working there!!! As soon as you enter the door, the office staff acts like they are delighted to see you, then everyone else greats you the same. And, I might add that I have never been 'hurt' by any of them. So I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore (as I have been before I came here). Thanks to everyone at North Texas Dentistry for all you have done for me and my family.
