I have nothing but superlatives to share... The office staff is absolutely crackerjack - pleasant, efficient, and providing above-and-beyond service to get me scheduled, and to obtain my previous scans from the endodontist I saw. Dr. Steinberg is great - very patient and gentle, thorough with his explanations of each step in the procedure, and EXTREMELY skilled at what he does. My extraction was completely painless, and my recovery has been quick and without complications. The assistant working with him, Elizabeth, was not only a top-notch professional, but also a truly charming person. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if I require oral surgery in the future.

Dental procedures are never considered fun however, Dr. Nick was amazing. He's personable, honest, but also straight to the point which I appreciate! The entire office staff and clinicians are absolutely wonderful with a special shout out to Michelle who went above and beyond for us!

Went in to see Dr Steinberg for a wisdom tooth extraction and I had also been wrestling with flare up's of TMJ. Using a device that went in my mouth along with the extra hands of his assistant to support my jaw when he applied more force, Dr Steinberg was able to complete the extraction with minimal aggravation of my TMJ.

At 77 years old, had my 1st tooth PULLED-EVER! The office staff, especially Paula, were helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. YUK, pulling one of the teeth I'd had for many a day! Here I am a few weeks later, and I've got to say, not too bad. Dr Nick was most professional, and did His best to make the experience, uneventful, and dare I say "pleasant" Thanks to all I had to encounter, Sincerely Craig Glowen 5/27/2022

My biggest complaint was only saw doctor for 5 min or less. Also at no point was I aware that I had to pay over $400 up front . They said insurance would pay it back and insurance said that was incorrect so I was out $400 and I don't have a clue as to why

My daughter had a terrible experience here. They did a poor job of managing her pain. And then, in spite of calling monthly for a year, they never filed the claim with my dental insurance. I would have had $2,000 in reimbursement against their rather expensive $3,193 bill, but they were completely unresponsive after they had our money.

I recently needed the services of North Suburban Center for Oral & Facial Surgery, and I am very grateful that my dentist recommended them to me. I had a very complexed problem that could have resulted in permanent facial nerve damage during my treatment, so to say I was petrified is an understatement. When I first contacted the office to make my appointment, we reviewed my situation, potential treatment, and I expressed my fears of what might happen during or after my treatment. I was speaking with Christina, and she was very kind, compassionate and reassuring. I was amazed when I showed up for my appointment because Christina was waiting for me at the door. She remembered our conversation, and she reassured me that everything was going to be okay all the way to the treatment room. Being "experienced" in life, I didn't think that everyone in the practice could be that amazing...but they are!! The staff actually had me very comfortable and even laughing while they were preparing me for my procedure. Dr. Nick is a thorough and very skilled oral surgeon. He was kind and compassionate, and being aware of my concerns, he took extra time explaining every step of the procedure to me so I was at ease. The end result couldn't have been any better, and I would recommend North Suburban to everyone.

As a nervous patient, Dr. Nick and his office staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my recent surgery! They answered each and every one of my many questions both pre and post op, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Nick did an amazing job! Would absolutely recommend!

I was extremely happy with Dr. Nickel. He answered all of my questions that I was concerned about ahead of time, and took extra precaution during the procedure to x-ray the area and make sure we got out all of the infection from my root canal. Very thorough and great staff as well.

Was quoted $550 over the phone before my appointment for an extraction. Left with a bill over $1200 because Dr. Nickel said I had to get a bone graft and made it seem like it was the norm. They never got back to me and refused to reimburse the difference. Am also having pain in my extraction site 5 months later. Very unfortunate considering my holistic dentist referred me to him!
